The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I needed. I especially appreciated how clear and transparent they were with pricing and rental terms, no hidden fees or surprises. What really stood out was how easy it was to get in touch with someone whenever I had a question. They responded promptly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and confident with my rental. I Highly recommend Wheego to anyone looking for reliable cars and outstanding service. It was a SCAM. They offered the rental car service very cheap at the website, when I went to collect the car, I was told what I'd paid on the website was only the reservation fee and I was charged another value much higher.

It's not so much about what made my experience good as to what made it not so good. Obviously pricing is a great plus but the on-line booking experience was very frustrating and very time consuming. Even though I registered online I was unable to complete the booking process for reasons unknown. I resorted to the Chat facility and although eventually I was connected to agent Thais the process was painfully slow and I got absolutely nowhere with the agent. In the end I was just ignored. However when I tried again later I was connected to another agent who was very helpful and processed the booking in a timely and competent manner. I am pleased with my booking and I hope it all goes smoothly when I pick the car up in August.
