I bought some Renpho smart digital scales and initially had some issues with some of the readings. The customer care at Renpho was absolutely fantastic. They resolved the issue extremely quickly and it turned out to be use error, I just hadn’t understood a duplicate reading correctly. they were very patient with me And completely resolved the issue extremely quickly. Lee who assisted me was great.
The smart scales are brilliant, extremely easy to use and simple to set up on my smartphone.

I'm sure they aren't reading my emails or it's not a real person. So frustrated and not getting anywhere. Would never buy again.

Happy with this scale. Not sure if the app and all the measurements are bull. Metabolic age? 2 days ago was 47 today it’s 45… how can it know this? Body fat weight, skeleton weight. Not sure how to zero/set this scale?

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience regarding my order. It has been 17 days since I initially reached out, and unfortunately, I have only received scripted responses from your automated system. Moreover, I have yet to receive a refund for my purchase.
Given the circumstances, I believe it would be a reasonable gesture of goodwill for your company to send me a replacement unit. However, based on my current experience as a customer, I remain uncertain about the likelihood of this request being fulfilled.

After waiting 15 days for Renpho to confirm that my product was most likely lost, I had been advised to wait a bit longer for the tracking information to update, as they had no way of knowing either. Finally, after those 15 days, I received a scripted response. They offered no compensation whatsoever. I will not be purchasing any products from them in the future. Their lack of customer service is disgraceful.

The product is good, but the shipping process was awful. To see the order status it said you have to download an app to track it (no other option), but the app that was required gave no helpful information. The tracking information was not updated until the day it was delivered. Horrible experience with the tracking. Will not be buying from Renpho ever again because of it.

I ordered 2 items and wanted to return both because i gave them as a gift and they didnt work well for the person i gave them to. It took 2 weeks for shipping and when i inquired about a return ( because you cannot automaticaly start a return through the website) it took 4 or 5 days of emails and waiting for responses from the company. So more than half of the 30 day return period was wasted right off the bat. I would never order from this company again, and i would suggest you dont either.

The scale doesn't work and trying to return it and get my money back has been a nightmare. They are trying to reduce the amount of the return for "restock fee" because it's a "personal reason" for the return. Also stating that I will need to pay for shipping it back due to it being a "personal reason" for the return. I'm now having to email screen shots to prove the scale doesn't work to confirm that it's not being returned for personal reasons. I have a feeling the next request will be videos to prove it. If the scale actually worked I'd keep it but I can buy a scale at Target that only tells me my weight.

The eye massager is wonderful for those suffering from headaches. The customer service was great as we had an issue with receiving the initial shipment, they worked with me until everything was sorted out.

It's a bit cumbersome but once you get used to the device on your face- it helps create a sense of calmness and relaxation.
I was excited about the ability to add cold but it only lasts for a few minutes so it's not that great of a feature.
