Their website is very misleading when…

Their website is very misleading when you order kits? Especially the more so when you do spend the kind of money that you spend when you order a complete kit, it doesn't come with the batteries or it comes with right. The wrong size wires, which is a fire hazard. There's a lot of little things that Would make the experience so much better that they just don't have dialed in! Not to mention I. Also tried to phone them. No reply, I emailed them. No reply still to this day. I've not spoke to anyone there. So my experience was horrible. Their equipment seems pretty good. And I say that middle ground good.

Amazing Customer Service & Products

We have purchased and been utilizing Renogy products for a few years now and have been very satisfied with the products. However, I called regarding a denied warranty matter and was received by Khaytle. I had questions regarding their initial decision made by the level 2 team regarding the warranty. Khaytle went over and above and dug deeper into the situation than the level 2 team went. She then escalated their decision and within 48 hours the initial decision was overturned and my warranty was accepted. Khaytle deserves a gold star for her customer service. She is patient, kind, professional and extremely thorough. I am very thankful for her assistance.

Francis

Francis, was very professional and we got right to the point, she asked me for some pictures which I had, she got things going and within hours Renogy had a replacement panel on the way.

In my view and experience the failed panel was a fluke, I had 6 Renogy panels go through a hail storm last year, the stones were the size of small oranges, nothing happened to them, so I KNOW they are quite resistant.

Response from RenogyX is almost non existent. I have battery I need to exchange. I sent the picture of the serial number and haven’t heard anything back. Maybe you need to hire more help? I’ve felt renogyX has been lacking from the first time I tried to contact them. I’m a diy person and have had to guess and by golly my way through this installation.
