The available resources for managing finances dynamically for whatever the reason is an amazing feature. I can budget across departments with the click of a button. The interface is exceptionally easy and intuitive. Highly recommended.

Creating a virtual visa debit card is such an awesome feature and the option to open multiple accounts. In fact you could open 20 accounts if you wanted to. So cool!

We had a relatively good experience for 2 years, then one day our accounts were frozen and within 24 hours were told they were to be closed and the account balances mailed out as checks. As you can imagine, this was an extreme disruption to our business operations. After waiting for over 48 hours and repeatedly following up, Relay was able to confirm our accounts could remain open for two more weeks and the funds wired out. We still have yet to receive an explanation as to why this is happening after two years of doing the exact same business transactions. Highly unprofessional and disconcerting. I'd be wary of banking here.

Just a bad service all around. Bank elsewhere. I had fraud on my account 6/25, purchases in Hong Kong, and I immediately marked it on the fraud email I was sent and called them at the same time. I spoke with Paul, who told me to delete the virtual card that was charged and they would reverse the charges. GUESS what they DIDN'T do? Exactly.. They didn't stop those charges. Paul told me to call Visa to dispute the charges, at which point Visa explained they can't refund a charged card that's been deleted because it's no longer in the system. SO I call back in on 6/26 and spoke with another female rep who said she was going to reach out to the partner bank to get it resolved and assured me I would get an email that day regarding her findings.. and of course that email never came. SO I go back to Paul's email that he sent after our first call to let him know what happened and the help that I need—that was on 6/28 and I STILL haven't heard back. I'm not sure what goes on at Relay, but it's clear they don't care about their customers or extremely important scenarios like FRAUD on my account. If you value your time, your money, and communication, then you'll want to stay far, far away from Relay. They aren't even a bank, they're a middleman to an actual bank that, also, does not care for its customers.

Support is always friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. I had an issue using my card online (my error in mistyping the cvv) which triggered a freeze on the card (exactly what you want when it appears misuse is happening), I called support to confirm the errors were my part and I was up and running again very quickly. In the meantime before I was able to call, I simply used one of my virtual cards to pay my bills using it from Google wallet. The absolute most convenient business bank account I've had. From ease of separating checking and savings accounts, adding cards for team members with set limits, and the customer service, I'm very much pleased all around.

Relay seems to be working for our business, but it's very restrictive, particularly with limits on transactions. Like some of the people who have given negative reviews, we tried to deposit a check that was above a limit. This was blocked. It seems odd to have a limit on deposits. Why? I've never seen that before. To deposit the check, we had to apply for a limit increase. That took a day longer than the timeline on the website, but (unlike with some of the negative reviews) the support team did increase our limit, so we could progress.

Hot trash if you do any kind of actual business international wire. Spend two weeks sending something that takes Chase two days. Amazing... They had to verify the funds that were literally sitting in my own account. Make no sense. STAY FAR AWAY For anything over $10k in transaction value.
