I ordered (3) SubZero water filter…

I ordered (3) SubZero water filter 4204490. I recently had a Sub Zero repair man visit. I asked him to replace the filter for me. He told me that the Sub Zero filter I got were knock offs and not real Sub Zero water filters. Buyer Beware.

inadvertent extra order

An extra shipment of refrigerator filters was shipped, and after I reported it, the rep said it was accidental and did not charge us for it. We were grateful for the accommodation.

Retail Business Shines

I requested water filters for my refrigerator from a Red Stag promotion. When the order arrived, the box only contained one filter instead of two. They sent the requested two. That's good business.

They resolved issue

I wish to again revise my review. Redstag tried very hard to make things right. They sent me new filters that unfortunately did not fit into our Thermador freezer. I notified them of this problem and they have issued a refund. They showed a genuine interest in helping me which i appreciate.

Company advertises free shipping for…

Company advertises free shipping for water filters but they charged me $6.95 for shipping the water filter that I ordered. When I asked customer service for a refund of the shipping charge they gave a lame excuse defending the charge. I then sent them quotes from their website advertising free shipping to which they responded that I should take the package to UPS and return it for a credit. Bait and switch advertising of "free shipping." First and last time I'll do business with this awful company.

Outstanding source for filters!

I was elated to find the filters I needed at such a reasonable price. I was receiving three filters for the price I had paid for one before. And the shipping was free! I received them fast and in excellent condition. I am so happy to find this outstanding source for the exact filters I need for my refrigerator.

Company's return policy

I purchased a set of two refrigerator water filters from RedStag Supplies that cost $53.45. Because the filters didn’t fit, I returned them in their original package, labelled with my name and address. That’s when the hassle began. Not seeing the refund posted on my credit card, I called back and was told “Refer to the returns instruction email sent to you 10 days ago. It clearly states that you must provide a valid return tracking number, highlighted in yellow."When I checked at the USPS, I was told they could not access mailings older than 7 days. When I informed RedStag, they replied “Without a return tracking number, how will we be able to locate your shipments? Each day, thousands of packages are moving in and out of fulfillment centers, which are utilized by hundreds of retailers. The absence of a tracking number makes it akin to searching for a needle in a haystack.” Eventually, they refunded not $53.45 but $42.76 explaining “While we understand that you personally handled the return and paid for the shipping, the restocking fee is a standard policy that applies to all eligible returns. Please note that the fee is deducted from the total refund amount to account for the additional processing required.”

Excellent customer service!

Reg Stag has provided outstanding customer service to me. I ordered 4 refrigerator filters from the company. Unfortunately, 2 of the filters were defective and leaked badly.

I contacted Red Stag and replacement filters were sent promptly. I have already ordered more filters and I will continue to purchase from Red Stag because of their outstanding customer service.

Great Customer Service

Customer service responded as promised within the 24 hours by email, and resolved my issue of replacing a defective filter. This is what I was hoping for considering that I had bought a supply of filters from Redstag more than two years ago and was just using the last one. Upon close examination, there was a manufacturing defect and I am so happy that they stood by their merchandise. I will be ordering again as they have great prices and great service.

A foul and then a homerun in less than 24 hours!

The company has a multitude of distributors and unfortunately I was sent the wrong filters. No Fault of Redstag Supplies. I reached out and had the correct filters in less than 24 hours! I LOVE this company! I have literally told everyone about their customer service and their pricing-which is better than Amazon!
