Great company to do business with.

I ordered a set of injectors that my local dealer wanted almost $3k to acquire. I placed my order on a Monday 2 day shipping. I was called before lunch that same day and informed the injectors were out of stock until Thursday. I was given the option to cancel my order at that point or they would ship them as soon as they came in.

I love the communication and the willingness to help as they can.

My experience with Red Rock Turf and Carts was exceptional! I chose them because they had the best prices on the parts I needed. I made a mistake when placing the order, and did not realize that the shipping was set to 2nd day air until after confirming the order in Apple Pay. This mistake increased the total of the order $100. So I emailed Red Rock immediately explaining that I needed to change the shipping method. Bob called me shortly after and adjusted the shipping method to the cheapest option, then they refunded the difference which was $100. The products arrived quickly but one of the items was incorrect. I reached out to Bob after I verified that I had ordered the correct part # to explain what I received instead, and he quickly shipped out the correct part. This company’s customer service is top notch, and I highly recommend doing business!

Great OEM products. Reliable. Highly recommend.

Worked great. Didn’t need to tune it at all.
Only real complaint was the lack of communication when I asked about specific measurements. Never got back to me on that. But they have a solid return policy. Compensation enough for that minor inconvenience. I’d buy from them again without a doubt. Its legit.
