The office 2019 was what I needed at a good price. I was able to download it quickly and easily. The snag came when I tried to activate it. I then had to go through a ridiculously long process with MS to activate. Instructions would have been handy, or better yet avoid this long process.

After a few hiccups with having multiple license keys and my product not activating, support reached out to me and we were able to get the issue resolved successfully. Great support staff, and I am now pleased with the product.

I upgraded MS SQL server and thanks to Recycled Software it went flawlessly. The web site clearly described the license so I could easily choose the license the meet my needs. The email with my key came right away and the installation activated the first time. This isn't the first time I purchased a Microsoft license from Recycled Software. Only once did the key not activate right away and when they say there to help me if there is a problem is true. So while I didn't need tech support it eased my mind to know they were there if I needed them.

Access 2021 my computor guy Al at PCS Computors installed everything in my new computor they built for me and we went from access 2013 to 2021 and it is smooth and working great.

It's great to get a good deal on MS products. I wish you could get more recycled solutions like Adobe, Quicken, or other practical licenses. The process was very simple and in no time I was running Microsoft Office 16 which is am upgrade from all our home computers we lost in the fire. Thank you fro being here. jb
