I agree that customer service is usually very good but there are some big problems in my view with this service. #1 if you even think you are going to need international service think again. Every trip I've gone on I've made clear in advance and they have assured me and I have arrived in location with no service. It had taken at least a week in said location with many texts back and forth before it is fixed.
#2 app doesn't work and there is no way to log in because it's never heard of me. My email address is not a customer. So now what? The customer service is nice but I just really don't want basic things to not work. Sorry reach, I wish you were way better. So if you never go anywhere and don't care to check your bill or change your payment info this might work for you.

Their phone and data service is tolerable, not great, but at least for now, will continue to stay with them because of the EXCELLENT customer service they provide.

Support is non-existent!
After countless hours attempting to enter the site, I'm told they do not support my phone go to AT&T
I will leave today, but not to his suggestion!

They do not pay you for internet that you do not use, as was advertised. Websites do not allow you to do anything, but see your profile. Customer rep who I had to call was rude and laughed at me.

They were great for over 2 years. We have a house in the country that only Verizon covers. We both bought phones from Reach and were happy with them. Recently, I found out I had to travel internationally so I tried to contact them. Help was difficult to work with, and finally I was told that anybody with a Verizon-compatible phone could not use international roaming. It would have been nice to know that when they got bought by AT&T, not months later. It's the same old AT&T scam that makes you buy a new phone from them.

I was having trouble with my new phone not getting the best service (calls getting dropped). The team worked diligently to find the problem and make recommendations regarding solutions. They sent timely emails and kept me up to date with their troubleshooting. I will be switching from Reach Verizon to Reach T Mobile in order to access 5G service with our 5G phones. This will also save us money every month and give us more data with the plan I selected. Nadeem was very patient and answered all my questions via online chat. I have ALWAYS received excellent service. Highly recommend this company!!

Great accountability. The transcript of my chat with a live representative was sent to my email afterwards which is a good sign of transparency with the company.
Tapping the support chat box on the site immediately gave me the option to speak to a human online, and representative Babita was great! It was no problem that they waited make sure my line was successfully activated so I wouldn't have to contact support again.
So far my data is working much better than the other carrier I had!
