What made my experience great?
The answer is Kelly, the representative who assisted me. I am a little stressed due to the reason for requesting a pause in payments. But Kelly walked me through a resolution and has assisted me in requesting a 30-day forbearance for July. Further, as I explained that I will not be able to pay in August until August 16, and then August 27, Kelly changed the August scheduled payments until those dates, and assured me that automatic payments have been turned off for July, to resume in August. Thank you Kelly.
