"Placed an order using my huby's card and forgot to tell him that. He didn't realize the charge name and reported it as a fraud purchase which stopped the payment to them.The support team from rare jackets reached out to us saying that they're refunding us the payment and meanwhile we received the order delivery and realized we had made an awful mistake.We contacted rare jackets to pay them for our received item. They were very nice to deal with and had a very positive and humble attitude towards us.P.S. Sorry for being a pain guys...."

I mistakenly ordered a shorter size…
I mistakenly ordered a shorter size jacket for my daughter and realized it after it was delivered. I emailed the support immediately for an exchange. Tbh, I didn't think that they would accept it since it was completely a mistake from my end but they exchanged it for the correct size and even though they've explicitly mentioned it on their website that exchange shipping fee is bearable by the customer, they still went out of their way and did it for free. Their kindness and efficiency have earned my loyalty for sure!
