Very disappointed with the slow service and support

I purchased the multi-site plan on Rapyd Cloud and I am extremely disappointed.

Simple tasks cannot be performed on the dashboard and support takes more than 2 days to resolve the issue.

My e-commerce site has been down for 2 days, with losses and no one can resolve a simple site pointer and SSL issue.

Amazing Tech Support from Niranjan

Im a brand new customer at Rapyd and my Tech supprt Rep named Niranjan was so amazingly patient and helpful.
