We lost one of our house keys quite a…

We lost one of our house keys quite a while ago. After looking for a while, we gave up and paid for the spare key, which we happened to lose again :)

Kulsum, who is one of the staff at reception notified us that she found the first key that we lost and gave it back to us. Since both the apartment tenants work, this is really important for us and I really appreciate this gesture.

Wonderful experience, we will be missing living there!

We lived in Canada Gardens for a little bit over a year (2 bedrooms), and our experience has been amazing. The amenities are top-tier, the staff is welcoming, utilities were pretty low cost and there were events organised by Quintain every now and then. The complex also accepts dogs and there is a small dedicated garden you may use for them.

Whilst the rent may not be the cheapest, Quintain often offers discounted rates for the first year(s) which makes the stay a little more affordable. Our departure experience was pretty positive, we got back almost the entirety of the deposit (we used the recommended cleaning service) and the staff was super helpful. Only thing to be mindful of is that Quintain will apply an uplift of 30% to your rent if you switch to a rolling monthly contract after a year (that is limited to a few months).

Finally we want to give special thanks to Sonam and Malia, both members of staff who made our stay even more enjoyable and have been super supportive throughout our departure process (that suffered a few unplanned difficulties). They made sure we could look back at our experience with Quintain positively and they reflect the premium service someone would expect from such a wonderful place!

Safe and Pleasant Living with Some Management Gaps

We've been living here since 2021, and overall, it's a safe, peaceful, and convenient place to stay.

A special shout-out to **Sonam Rajal**, the warm and approachable Customer Service Representative. My daughter absolutely adores her! Her kindness, professionalism, and cheerful presence truly brighten our day — she's a gem.

That said, there's room for improvement in management. We've faced a few unresolved issues over the years, including a wrongly issued rent notice despite our proactive payment. There was no prior SMS or email—just a warning, which was frustrating. Event days also bring heavy traffic disruptions.

Still, our experience has been positive. With better communication and responsiveness, this could be an even better place to call home.

I had a great experience staying here

I had a great experience staying here. The location is excellent, offering a lovely view, and the building comes with spacious terraces that are perfect for relaxing. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more comfortable. One of the standout features is the gym — it’s the best I’ve used in a residential property. The Wi-Fi speed is fast and reliable, making it ideal for working from home. Plus, it's pet-friendly, which was a huge bonus. Highly recommend for both short and long stays!

Living in Wembley is so nice

Living in Wembley is so nice. It’s a nice area that has everything and its super safe. Quintain is a perfect option. I am a resident here for 3 years now and I just renewed my contract. Every member of the Quintain team is always happy to help! I am glad that I have met Emilia who is always helping with any question I have. She is amazing at her job. She helped me with the process of finding a new flat and renewing my contract!

Noise and total lack of respect for tenants from the management team

Have lived at Ferum 3 for 2 years. Resident management team are absolutely non repsonsive, although the maintenance team are great. Noise pollution is beyond bearable with events for half of the year at Wembley stadium and noise so loud, you can't even hear your own television, which goes on until the earlry hours. I pay £200 per month for secure parking and for the next 3 months, every weekend, i cannot access the car park because the road is closed and have to park ina public car park where damage to cars is very common. Overall the apartments are very nice, but the downside of extreme noise, very poor service from the management team, far outweighs the attraction of living here. You can now rent an apartment next to the river, with a view of tower bridge, for th esam eprice you pay here.

Heartfelt Thanks to the Amazing Quintain Team

I’m writing to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible experience I’ve had once again with Quintain. After living here for four months last year and absolutely loving it, I didn’t hesitate to return when I came back to London this year.

First and foremost, I want to extend my deepest thanks to Julia Whyte, the Tenancy Coordinator. She supported me through every step of the process, handling all the details with such professionalism, patience, and swift communication. Because of her, I felt completely at ease and confident throughout — it’s truly reassuring to have someone you can rely on, especially when you’re relocating from another country. Julia made the whole transition seamless and stress-free.

I’d also like to thank the wonderful Elaine Ko, the Leasing Associate, who was incredibly helpful during property viewings. She answered all my questions thoroughly and offered thoughtful guidance, helping me find the perfect flat. I’m absolutely delighted with the home I chose in the end.

A special thanks as well to the warm and welcoming Carla at Luna reception, who helped me navigate a very difficult move-in day — arriving with three heavy suitcases on a match day! Her kindness and support made a huge difference. She greeted me with such friendliness that I instantly felt cared for and in good hands.

I’m also grateful to Ciara, who arranged my move-in with attention to detail and genuine thoughtfulness, as well as to the lovely Noemi, whom I had the pleasure of meeting too. Because of all of you, I immediately felt at home — and that’s something truly special.
