Generally a very good company
I have ordered mainly clothes and have been pleased. However a recent order of a wool rug that was moldy smelling and packaging appeared to have experienced moisture led to a $35 restocking fee which seems unjustified when they sent me a damaged item. The return process took a long time too.

I contacted the business regarding missing discount to recent purchase
I contacted the business regarding a discounted rate that was not applied from the original purchase and the representative was responsive and offered me two options of receiving the discount: store credit to my account or refund to original payment credit card. I said whichever is easiest for you and they set up a refund to my original payment card. Along as I receive the refund within the allotted time (roughly a week) then I am beyond pleased as good Customer Service is hard to find and in big demand nowadays!

E gift card issue
I have purchased many things from Quince and been very pleased until my recent purchase of an E gift card. I included the recipient’s name and email address. They added an additional letter to the email and, of course it did not get to the recipient. When I contacted Quince, they said they could not send it to the correct email address and, instead, sent me an email with a 20 digit gift card code that the recipient must now manually input. They made the error, not me, and they were unable to satisfy my request to have it sent to the correct email. Be careful when ordering an E gift card from Quince.

Amazing quality and customer service
My first time ordering and the quality of the clothes is amazing! We had our package arrive to the wrong house. Luckily the delivery service took a photo. We knew it was a house number 10, ours is 5. It could have been anywhere, thankfully it was a street over and the neighbor was able to contact me. If I wasn't able to get my package, the team at Quince was ready to send me a replacement. Even after informing them I was able to get the package, they offered me a discount on my next purchase due to the trouble. They are a great company and I will continue buying.

Quick resolution for an exchange
I’ve ordered multiple times from Quince but this is the first time I needed to return an item for an exchange. Pleasantly surprised
The clothing I received was as advertised and high quality. I was very pleased. I ordered the wrong size and was having trouble issuing a return, despite the websites thorough troubleshooting instructions. I contacted their helpline and was immediately contacted by one of their customer service representatives. Her name was Ashley, and she was extremely friendly, patient and helpful. It was quick, easy and she clearly gave me all the next step instructions on how to go about returning my item. This kind of customer service is much appreciated and a breath of fresh air, especially since this was my first time ordering from this company. I will definitely be ordering again! Thank you!

Better than expected
Better than expected! I always get nervous ordering from brands that do a lot of podcast marketing but my husband ordered us two of the lightweight gauzy cotton blankets and they are the *perfect* summer blanket. Held up great in the washing machine, look beautiful on the bed, and are very cozy and feel great. Very happy with this purchase, will likely order from here again next time I need bedding.

Sketchy refund process
I really wanted to like Quince, but my experience was frustrating and felt shady when it came to payments. I ordered three items and returned two. They told me I’d be refunded a specific amount to my credit card, but the actual refund was $20 short. When I reached out, they kept insisting it was store credit—even though their own email said it would be refunded to my card. They’ve refused to fix it.
Some of the quality was also a miss. At this point, I’d rather pay full price with other brands than deal with all this back and forth and not getting the money I’m owed. Would not recommend.
