False Advertising. Quantum Labs advertises "extra-soft" toothbrushes, so I purchased 6 dozen. The ad is a blatant Lie - They are not soft at all! And they don't give refunds.

Exemption Form was a fiasco. Sent 4 times and still wasn’t right. Never received acknowledgement of shipping or tracking info. Called and someone answered the phone with just Hello. No company name. Shipment finally showed up with no help from you. Quantum has never been so bad.
