I just upgraded to a king mattress from Quality Sleep Shop after loving my queen mattress from them for almost 10 years. The new one is even better than I expected. This company and their mattresses are amazing! So comfy and well-made—and the prices can’t be beat. A win all around. As a side-sleeper this really helps my shoulder. Highly recommend if you want seriously great sleep!

Purchased a queen size mattress from here 2 1/2 years ago and found that it was starting to sag at butt level. I called and the owner Tim came out to check my mattress. He agreed there was a problem but also that I needed a foundation that was not a "slats" style and also that I should be rotating bed regularly. He advised me to buy a plywood board that wud fit my bed to shore up the support since I couldn't really spend for a new foundation. I told
him the bed was very hard to spin. He showed me how to more easily do it! He also had the bed picked up and replaced the layers. Tim is super nice and does care about his customers! I would highly recommend Quality Sleep!

Excellent mattresses, my sleep quality has increased tremendously after getting these. It has become very easy to find a comfortable position to sleep in and relax.

Seems to be well built product (the Emily), but not very pleased with the feel. It was extremely firm when it arrived and took over 2 months to 'break-in' to be like the one I tested in the store. So much so that I paid quite a bit extra for a topper until it softened up. With two of us using it, there is a firm ridge in the middle now and I always seem to be tilting to the outside. Frustrating.

I love the mattress they sell. It is bit expensive but the quality is great. My kids loved those mattress. The delivery should be little faster. I would be happy if they reduce the cost on kids mattress.

Shopping experience was great! Only complaint I have is with one of the two delivery men that delivered the mattress. The one delivery man complained the entire time he was at our house, complaining about how heavy the mattress was and huffing and puffing the entire time. We live in a two-story house and the mattress was being delivered to our master bedroom on the second floor. We have baby gates at the top and bottom of the stairs, and he took the gates off without asking and never put them back on. He also showed no appreciation to my husband for disassembling and moving our previous bedroom set that the store said the delivery men would do. The in-store shopping experience was fantastic, and we would go there again. But I would definitely ask who the delivery men would be to not deal with this gentleman again.

I worked directly with the owner (Tim) and we received the product we wanted to purchase. My husband and I are 100% satisfied with our purchase of The Pure Echo set - 2-sided -11" (flippable mattress). It is very comfortable (and easy to flip). I highly recommend shopping at Quality Sleep Shop. One of the reasons I chose Quality Sleep Shop is that the product is made locally. Also, it is great to be able to work with the owner of a company. The delivery guys came on time. They worked quickly and were careful when delivering and setting up the product. Thank you.

Where can you get an organic bed made in the USA? Right here! Found this place on the internet and needed a new mattress since being diagnosed with asthma. Bought the organic king and have never regretted it. When my husbands arthritic hip started bothering him, went back to talk to Tim, the owner/builder and we decided to get a topper and that did the trick. I wish more people knew about this company.

My husband and I tried Katherine mattress - both firm and medium. I ordered the medium and had it delivered by Fed Ex. How lovely that it was all rolled up and just unfolded once the wrapping was removed. A neighbor stated that he researched every mattress store and brand that he could find online and came up with this company. He is very satisfied, also, with his Katherine mattress. My grown son and his family have a king very organic all cotton mattress from your store. They are very pleased with it.

Their customer service is excellent. I purchased the Queen Emily pillow top. Had a hard time adjusting to a Queen having previously had a King bed. Also found the pillow top to be too soft. They switched it out for me with no problems. I now love my King Emily bed.
