Terrible. I have no idea how this company got my payment details but they have been trying to take money from me for some subscription I never signed up for. Caught this scam early and reported them to my bank as fraudulent. Luckily the payment they took was small and I got refunded by my bank.

I wish i could leave minus stars for this scamming company. Charged 29.99 for a subscription i was unaware i had signed up to - no email confirmation no tx messages just money removed from my bank- fraud at its worst and i thought i was savvy!!!
Update managed to email the company who have agreed a refund - watch this space…..

If you're reading this, check your direct debits. This slimy company use dark patterns to sign you up for a service which is not clearly communicated to be happening, essentially targeting the vulnerable and people who are not savvy enough with modern processes. Guess who that ends up being: pensioners, kids and some people with disabilities. They know what they do, and are all morally bankrupt.
My partner has been unknowingly signed up for this for years, and they have taken INCREASING amounts of money per month, the latest amount being £69.
Awful, and we will be looking into legal action.

No Hassle with Fashion Returns
Ordered a dress that looked cute online, but when it arrived, it didn’t fit right at all. I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of returning it. Qoverus handled the refund quickly, and I didn’t have to ship anything back.

Scam subscription
Received a payment pending notification from my online banking app for £69.00 from this complany. Had no idea what it was for. When I checked with the assistance of my bank I found that I had also had £27.00 taken from my account without my knowledge.

Scammers
Randomly began getting charged sums of £49 per month for this service that I never asked for. Had to cancel my cards and when i tried to call the number it didn't connect to anything.
An online shop I did must have signed me up without my knowledge, and then Qoverus claim they sent me text messages and emails to unsubscribe. An email never came, and if I got a text from something called Qoverus asking me if I wanted to unsubscribe from something I was unaware I had signed up to, then of course I would just delete that.
Utter scam. Utter (insert your preferred expletive).

I don’t know who this company is but they have been taking regular payments from my account that I’m now dealing with through my bank and have thankfully cancelled future withdrawals. I hadn’t noticed the regular payment until it increased from £27 to £49 to £69 pounds, at which point I was alerted. I’ve had no email communication or subscription information and the number I tried calling doesn’t connect to anyone. Who are you Qoverus and what have you to say?!
