I wish I can give more stars. I planned my whole umrah journey with Mateen Bhai. I don’t know how many times I called him, he always helped us out. The best umrah plan for our life. Everything was arranged before we left. Hotels were amazing the one Mateen bhai sorted all the visa and transport as well. Obviously the flights as well was arranged in the package. I would highly recommend them. I would say go for full package, they can tailor anything you like around the budget for as many people. The benefit will be you don’t need to worry about anything, they plan they contact and you just pray and look after family. I have recommended all my friends and family and will always use them. I would say thank you Mateen Bhai again for helping us in our journey.

I talked to one of their scammer agent and he is very smart because he knows very well how to do the marketing to get your money. About a weak he kept calling me about a umra package,and he made fake booking for a ticket flight and my name on it everything and it’s itinéraire except my E ticket I thought it’s true I paid the money for my umra and since then he blocked me I can’t contact him anymore and he insulted me he is laughing at me. I’m so disappointed and again don’t book with them they are scam. I’m in depressed moment right now because of this scammers qiblatain. Please don’t do business with them unless you want to offer them your moeny .

Extremely Disappointed with Qiblatain Agency – Terrible Experience

I had booked an Umrah package with Qiblatain Agency, and initially, they appeared to be professional and polite. However, things took a drastic turn on the day of our flight. Upon arrival at the airport, we were shocked to learn that the airline required a "fit to fly" letter, which we were never informed about by the agency.

When we tried to reach out to the agency for assistance, our calls were repeatedly declined, which only added to our anxiety. My wife, who was already under stress and dealing with health issues, became even more distressed due to the lack of communication and support from the agency. This left us in an incredibly difficult and painful situation at the airport.

Not only did the agency take our money, but they also blocked us once we sought clarification or help. The entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, causing us unnecessary stress, anxiety, and emotional pain.

I strongly advise anyone considering this agency to proceed with caution. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and customer care is unacceptable. I deeply regret trusting them with such an important journey.

I regret choosing qiblatain travels for my recent umrah trip. They provided insufficient and misleading information. After facing numerous issues, they are unresponsive and unwilling to help, being a expectant mother they have caused me soo much stress and anxiety.
Initially, i was promised a good travel experience with all details and documentation sorted out. However, it is now clear that the information was either incorrect or deliberatley vague. I found myself stuck before departure and to sort out and make amendments for me they were asking to pay a high sum or to book a new ticket as a whole when I had already paid them for the whole travel pack including flights and hotel. Its incredibly furstrating as they are now not answering my calls, or providing a refund which they are able to do.

I would strongly advise against booking through qiblatain travels umrah experts - It is a waste of money. Instead of being professional and helping find solutions the agent appeared to be arrogrant and rude in this situation, knowing that i am an expectant mother and causing me soo much stress that made me feel very unwell.
