The Customer service was excellent had a few questions before purchasing the sauna that made buying more comfortable. Was kept informed of shipment at all times received calls from the shipping agent and was delivered when promised. The sauna was package well and had no issues installing .

What impressed me the most, though, was the customer service. I had a specific question about the size of one of the saunas, so I gave them a call. The representative was patient, she answered all my questions and even suggested a model that better fit my space. Our conversation felt like I was talking to a friend and it went smoothly. It felt like they genuinely cared and not just doing some business. Amazing service!
