Management has excellent service, they’re empathetic, professional, and kind the product, if you have a problem, they will always treat you in a kind and respectful way especially this was my mother was dying and we needed something to soften her skin so my sister tried to keep the wounds away as long as we could (due to lack of circulation.) They were truthful but very empathetic I’ve been using for the past five years. My sister has used it for over 20 years. I’m thankful as a chronic wound patient; I’m able to keep my skin soft around the wound so that it doesn’t cut into my good and healthy skin. As an allergy patient, I’m always worried about having reactions. I have not had any bad reactions to Pure Essential.Thank you kindly Pure essentials I appreciate your help.
