My order according to Punkcase was…

My order according to Punkcase was shipped out for delivery on June 5th. I have not been able to receive any reply about my missing order. Have used tracking # & order #, to no avail. According to DHL it is still en route. Someone has my $ & I don't have any merchandise.

RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!

(sorry for the all caps in the title!) Do NOT buy from this piece of crap company!! I ordered what I thought was a solid looking case only to receive a cheap looking plastic thing that looked like it was purchased at a dollar store! AND! I thought I was ordering from a Canadian company (because of the.ca extension on their website, until I got dinged with import/duty fees to get the product in from the U.S! This nearly doubled the cost of my order. As I found out (unfortunaly AFTER I ordered), they are renowned for all around horrible service and even worse at responding to the inevitable complaints. I can't stress enough...please don't make the same mistake I did. Judging from what I see here, my money is long gone. I don't know how those snakes can sleep at night. Are you happy, Punkcase? You succeeded in ripping off a disabled person with Parkinson's...good job!! Your mother must be so proud!

Zero quality, zero service

I would give them zero stars. AVOID. DO NOT BUY FROM PUNKCASE.COM.

Wrong item, incomplete delivery. Offered me the wrong item they delivered at a discount. Their tactics are to grind the customer into inactivity because they prevaricate and the items are low value so they think customers won't fight them or be bothered to contact their bank/credit card company. UTTER TIMEWASTERS.

S23 Ultra Mobile phone case not received

I ordered and paid for Samsung S23 Ultra phone case 17th June. I was told it had been despatched immediately however status remained this way and it is now 27th June. Made numerous attempts to track. When I put in the order number DHL Deutsch webchat box pops up, then promptly disappears.
I have emailed the company on numerous occasions and have not received a single reply.
I am none the wiser about what is happening.
I would advise to stay away from this company. Order elsewhere. I will now ask for a refund.

Disappointed with Customer Service and Lack of Follow-Through

I placed an order with PunkCase on April 19, 2025, for a phone case and battery pack. The package arrived on April 26, but the phone case was the wrong color and the battery pack was missing entirely. I contacted their support team on April 28 to report the issue.

They responded by offering a refund if I returned the product, which I did. According to my tracking information, they received the return on May 20. Despite this, I still have not received my refund. I followed up again on June 20, but their support continues to ask for the order number—something I’ve included in every single email.

At this point, the lack of accountability and poor communication is extremely frustrating. I would caution others to be wary of ordering from this company, especially if you expect timely support or reliable customer service.

Never delivered and took my money

Placed an order in April. It’s June now and I still haven’t received my case. Punkcase do not reply to my emails and have not issued a refund so they have effectively stolen from me. Avoid this company at all costs. They should be shut down and prosecute for fraud

What a scam this company is. Ordered 7th May and still waiting - numerous emails with the same lies from them. 'Its the time it takes to ship' - well carrier pidgeon would have been quicker !! DHL do not have this shipping number I was sent AND DHL are prompt and have tracking . Yet another lie . PunkCase allude they are in my country Australia (punkcase.au) when ordering and its yet another lie. They state FIRST CLASS SHIPPING - what complete BS . Think AI write the replies to customers emails as all the same. I have asked for refund numerous times and ignored. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM PUNKCASE . I have reported them to dos.ny.gov hopefully they can be closed down so no other customer is lied to and ripped off . I want my refund from these thieves . AVOID AVOID AVOID

My order has been "on the way" since May 24. Emailed customer service with details that my tracking number does not work, received automated email telling me that they will send me an email when my order ships(they already did, it was the email I replied to per the instructions at the bottom of the email) and that if I am located in the US it might take 4-6 weeks to deliver. Well, I'm in the US and it's been about 5 weeks. So...considering disputing the charge with my bank.

They lie / they Scam !

If i could give ZERO stars I would.
They constantly lie about sending product saying they are using DHL which has no tracking ! Thats a lie in itself as DHL have tracking. Punkcase could have used US mail service and if would be quicker! Ive chased my order up numerous times and same lies sent to me including telling me it has been sent then another msg at different date saying they don’t send tracking info until product arrives and sent ( clearly they don't keep products in stock ). Ive asked for refund twice and no reply on that . Told me DHL take anywhere from 2-6 weeks for overseas -what BS ! Nothing has arrived at 6 weeks. AVOID THIS COMPANY - Zero customer service, cant tell the truth and wont give me a refund for my $50+ . Their reviews tell the story- DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM !! I WANT MY MONEY BACK 🤬

Seperate orders. Same issue

My husband ordered a PunkCase and he received the wrong design/colour. I was stupid enough to think the same wouldn't happen to me. AGAIN the wrong design/Colour came in the mail for my phone. We live in Australia so we both kept the cases since the order itself took a while to arrive. Great phone case quality but this will be the last time ordering from PunkCase. The Staff is useless. Train your staff, obviously from the reviews we aren't the only ones experiencing this problem...

Do NOT buy from punkcase.com!!!

Tried to purchase a new phone case 2 months ago and received nothing. Customer service phone number goes to full voicemail box, and email replies are automated. There is no one to get ahold of to get a refund. Years ago, I had no issues purchasing from punkcase.com, but now it is just a site that steals your money and gives you nothing in return.
