I have been using Providers Care Billing for about 4 months now and I am blown away by their efficiency and professionalism. I own a small mental health practice and have been doing my own billing for over 20 years. Handing the billing over to Gustavo and his team has been a game changer for me, allowing me time to concentrate on other things about my practice and letting them handle the hassle of dealing with the insurance companies. Also, Gustavo is an absolute pleasure to talk to - he is responsive and it's amazing how hard he and his team work to make sure everything on the billing end goes smoothly. I would highly recommend them.

Gustavo and his team at Providers Care Billing offers exceptional and efficient insurance billing services. I co-own a group counseling practice with 30 clinicians. We are insurance based with multiple insurances, and our former biller was overwhelmed and unable to complete all of the needed tasks. Providers Care Billing came in and quickly cleaned up our insurance aging report in our EHR, checked all of our clients' benefits, and provided clear and accurate communication to our staff. They also help us panel our clinicians on the more complex insurance panels. We have an admin follow up with client collections, but PCB is also able to help interface with clients about insurance issues (a rare find from a contracted billing company!). PCB is extremely easy to work with, and with everything they do, they have the most competitive rates out there! Highly recommend for all of your insurance billing needs!

After high turnover with in-person as well as outsourced billing (over a decade), we finally settled on Providers Care to manage our revenue. As a mental health clinician, focusing my time on my clients has never been easier. Providers Care Billing has been a blessing. They got me credentialed with various insurance companies for the cheapest price compared to other companies. They submit my claims, fix any claims that have been rejected, verify insurance benefits for potential clients before the first intake assessment. They are prompt and responsive to my emails within hours if not minutes. I would be completely lost without them. Their rates are the lowest I have found, making it a very easy choice. Also, being so busy all day, my memory doesn't always stick, so when I reach out asking questions I have already asked, I am met with a patient and kind response repeating what I had forgotten. I wish I found them sooner.
