We have excellent customer service always. Simon Kirkpatrick has been our adviser for some years now and the fact he is so approachable, can 'translate' investment/pensions language, into a language we can understand and help make informed decisions about, is hugely valued. The fact we can have a home visit, especially for my elderly Mum is also something rather special, it has meant that she too feels more independent. Such a business model like this is something other businesses need to emulate as it works, at all levels.

Prosperity IFA are excellent, informative, honest and dedicated Financial Advisors. My 'interest only' mortgage was coming to an end and the original loan needed to be repaid. It would have been impossible to repay it without selling up and I wanted to stay in my bungalow. Following a valuation on my bungalow they managed to find a Mortgage Company willing to offer me a 'Lifetime' mortgage, which I accepted. I can stay in my bungalow for the rest of my (and my partner's) lives without a monthly mortgage repayment fee to pay. I cannot praise them highly enough. I was and am completely delighted and can now enjoy a worry free retirement.

Donna demonstrated an excellent understanding of the market and got me exactly what I needed. The speed and efficiency, coupled with quick responses to any questions I asked, made for an excellent experience.

Prosperity IFA are a top independent financial adviser. I have taken advice through this company and after a great deal of thought I decided to go with my daughters recommendation and deal with Andrew Brady of Prosperity IFA and I am so pleased that I have done. Not only has Andrew given great advice but has taken on the responsibility of looking after my finances on an ongoing basis. I have no qualms in recommending Andrew and Prosperity IFA on this platform, as I think everyone should be able to benefit from an excellent IFA. I am confident that his abilities are replicated throughout Prosperity IFA, as I do not think Andrew would work with a company that did not share in his exacting standards.
Update as of 31-05-22. A problem arose with my investment because of a failure of the investment company's website and Andrew Brady reacted as soon as he was made aware. Well done Andrew for putting my mind at rest!

I've recently had the pleasure of requiring the services of Prosperity IFA yet again.

My relationship with them goes back 6 years where they arranged mortgages for me for a couple of properties I now own. Without going into detail, one was particularly challenging and had it been me arranging it I honestly would've given up, but fortunately for me it was Andrew Brady of Prosperity who persevered through to a successful completion.

Since then I've used Prosperity for pensions and investment advice and have recommended them to a co-director where I work who now uses them exclusively for his financial services needs. More recently I've also recommended Prosperity to a close family member for pension and retirement advice, so what more can I say?

Prosperity excel at giving expert financial advice in a way that's easily understood but also makes you feel they really care about you as an individual.

Qualities that can sometimes be lacking in business and particularly the financial services sector, so a huge well done to the team at Prosperity and here's wishing you all the very best for the next ten years.
