Absolute trash. The free gifts aren't worth anything. The device is simply a little vibrator for your bunghole. It does not exercise your pelvic floor muscles at all.

They are selling an overpriced product with a vibrating element in a plastic cover. On the photo they show a remote control with digital screen, in reality they sent me a cheap plastic seat with a siliconed vibrating element that is turned on via a usb cable and an on/off button.
