Terrible company

Terrible company. I ordered 4 products online, 1 shirt came the wrong size and 1 Hat was clearly warn as it had sweat stains and hair clippings inside of it. I contacted the company for a resolution, they stated they would get back to me within 5 business days. 2 weeks after I contacted them to follow up as I did not receive any communication, they told me they were busy, and I would hear back soon. Almost a month later, no contact. Terrible customer service all around.

Bait and Switch

Bait and Switch - Won’t Honor Pricing
Attempted to purchase hockey pants for my son. Sale person helped select a pair that fit. Asked associate how much they were and was quoted a price after the associate scanned price on shelf. Went to pay and the pants were $50 more. Was told that people move products all of the time and they don’t have to honor the price. Associate confirmed that they quoted the price but they scanned the wrong price. They said that product shouldn’t have been there even though no other model pants were in that area. They said that there was a miscommunication because sales person thought I told them which model pants they were (which is wrong). Manager offered to provide a lower model pant at the price quoted by the associate. Great business practice- help customers pick out a product, quote them a price and then refuse to honor it by saying product was in the wrong location. The good old Bait and Switch at its finest. I wouldn’t do business there again. Plenty of local places to get your hockey gear that don’t have sketchy business practices.

AVOID!!!

A complete joke! They advertise items and then say nothing about being out of stock. Have sent repeated messages to enquire about my goods but get no reply. I was “blindly” notified my order has been part shipped through a third party app called “Shop” but nothing else. I’m now out of pocket and out of patience. Recently moved back to Canada and now really wonder why as customer service no longer exists here.
