Dear friends today I like to share you more experiences with Pro Claim Team with me I was with them form 2pm to get my XRAY and MRI report which my hospital Alexandra send to them because my Xray & MRI been paid by MIB department well ,
All the time miss kelly trying to find out where is my Xray & MRI Reports are after many calls the Miss Kelly mam says I have the reports with me and I need the permission from MIB to give as the permission to send you those documents well I called MIB to help me and allow them to send those documents and reports but they says we have nothing to get a call or email form PRO Claims department well I keep calling them and after all days ends today they keep saying MBI tell as then we Send you the report 4.30pm they close and I never get those reports to booked a private doctor for myself life is hard and very hard when like Pro claims company doesn’t understand patients is suffering to much pain in there life but I keep move on with this all I never ever recommend anyone to deal with them because they are not professional people to go on it ,
I m very very disappointed of there behaviour of service which I get them form there team ,
Now I stay away from them ever ,

My feelings & pains are so much which Pro claim never understand,
If anyone need proof of calls which I also recorded with me ,

The Customer Service Team has been top-notch, my entire experience with them. I had to delay receipt of the unit for a long time due to major dental work, then when I finally received it, they offered me a credit since the price had changed a bit. I love the unit, and the Company is wonderful.

It's an amazing device. I've used a WaterPik for decades, and as good as they are, this is far superior in my opinion. It literally does take seven seconds on the highest setting! They recommend starting at level 1 and working up to level five, but if you've used a water flosser or you floss regularly already, you can probably start at 3 or higher. If you haven't and especially if you have sensitive gums, then starting at the lowest setting would be a good idea, I suppose. And if you order the rinse solution concentrate, you can save some money if you get the subscription.

This was a very expensive and BIG purchase for me and thought it would be ground breaking. But it fails to hit the back of my molars and a small part in front. So there is build up on those areas and that means I have to do a sec bush to get to those areas. Maybe the impressions were not done correctly or maybe the mouth guard does not reach to the back of the molars..which in that case is a big let down.

Also, when turning on there is COLD WATER in the chamber (even after I clean it) that is a HUGE SHOCK and leaves my teeth and gums so sensitive when turning it on in my mouth. It needs to cycle through before getting to the warm water. A BIG disappointment.

This machine is totally awesome. For years and years, I flossed, I brushed, I brush-picked, and my gums would still bleed, often enough to literally drip. I did try the individual tooth water cleaning from competitors, but I found that slow, painful, and messy from water squirting everywhere. I have now had the first Proclaim for a year, and the bleeding is totally gone. The only difference is I stopped using the brush piks, and use Proclaim two to three times a day. To me, the proof is the bits of food that Proclaim finds after I finish flossing and brushing. It is visible in the sink, and that must be irritating my gums if it gets left there. If you are just starting, you can lower the pressure and it will take a minute to clean, but after your gums are clean and healthy again, you can turn up the pressure and in less than ten seconds, you teeth are free of food and the gums are so happy. This review was prompted by my purchase of a second unit for my cabin, but is based on using the first one for over a year.

So far I’m overall happy with the device. I didn’t give it five stars because I have some serious doubts about the claim that it’s 13x better then flossing - there is not a substantial body of independent research other than the one cited study, which I believe was paid. I also can confirm that for me it does not replace flossing because I tried using it before flossing and it most certainly doesn’t get everything out as I have to go back with the string floss to get physical particles of food it may have missed stuck in my teeth. That being said, I’ve used the device AFTER flossing AND brushing and have found visible particles come out of my mouth that I missed from brushing and flossing as the jets are fairly strong and flush all of your teeth and gums with water.

I don’t think this should replace flossing and two dentists I spoke to agreed - but if you are like me and have trouble with gum inflammation and are looking for something to add to your routine to remove food particles and reduce the likelihood of gum trouble for your next dental visit I am overall satisfied with the product. I have the following routine - FLOSS - BRUSH - PROCLAIM and I find it makes my mouth feel very refreshed and clean looking and feeling by the end of it.

Took about 3 weeks but it is a great timesaver, gives my gums some love, high quality and easy to use!!

The idea of the system is really good but the its doesn't fit properly and I feel its too hard when its attached to my tooth its had no flexibility .
Even though I did 3D scan but its doesn't fit very well .I have to be very carefully when I insert it in my mouth .
