I was their customer for years. Then their French VPN server went down (and still doesn't work). This is the VPN that I need most (to access services in France). They say that they are working on it (for months), but it doesn't help me. After a long communication I asked to refund me the remaining subscription period and they refused. If they have a problem to provide the service, they should offer a refund, but they don't think so. I am VERY dissapointed.
