Tires I received were defective and their customer service is absolutely horrendous!! They just keep sending canned emails - since June 17, 2025 (it’s July 8, 2025) I’ve received 7 of these emails requesting the same details & photos that I have already sent multiple times! Be very wary doing business with this company !!

Best tires experience EVER!!!
I’m not sure where to start!!! The experience was easier and more pleasant than anything involving tires ever before!! Finding the right size and ordering took no time at all, getting my discount at checkout was practically automatic AND they shipped to my house in less than 24 hours from the time I ordered!!! I had them installed at a local shop within one day of ordering online. Doing it that way saved me about $700!!! I will never again buy tires any other way!!!

On Time Delivery
On Time Delivery, will definitely use again, and price was inline with other national companies for tire sales, definitely lower than local tire retailers. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

The tires were supposed to be 2-4 days in shipping and it’s already 8 days and I haven’t received them, they said they’ve knocked at my door and said no one was home when my entire family was and no on knocked, they said they required a signature when the email says it doesn’t and then they have changed the delivery date 4 times and I still haven’t received the tires

SCAM TIRE COMPANY AVOID AVOID AVOID
seller was slow to ship the tires and when they did arrive they were the wrong load index and would not respond to messages or would take my phone calls until I wrote a review on the Better business bureau page. tracking info showed they were just sitting in the warehouse for a week . arrived very slowly and got there late. got a refund but they were not interested in sending the right load index for what I needed. they got staff that polices the better business bureau page if you dare complain and they wanna talk back instead of being helpful but they do not have staff that works and gets you the right product. They take days to respond to any inquiry or message but somehow they respond to a report on the BBB site within minutes. Strange but whatever . Ended up ordering them from a reputable place locally and did not have to deal with these clowns again

Certainly a dubious review when the customer claims the order was late, despite the fact that it was shipped out ahead of time and delivered exactly on time. The ridiculous title of the review doesn't help matters.
Yet, we will acknowledge and address the actual fair part of the criticism.
Firstly, based on the photo you provided to us, you did indeed receive an incorrect tire; this is a genuine mistake and completely our fault. Obviously issues like this are extremely rare and not the norm, but when you send out thousands of tires per day, a mistake is bound to sneak in. There was naturally no desire to cause any inconvenience to you and we do all we can to prevent mistakes like this with various measures.
Secondly, yes, there can be delays in email or phone call responses and wait times; we're doing our best to deal with the high amount of traffic we're experiencing. Naturally this does not impact our ability to respond to feedback as that is an entirely different department and smaller task, seeing as how issues are indeed rare. In contrast our agents answer hundreds of calls and emails each every day, so the delayed responses are not due to a lack of effort.
Aside from that, you displayed remarkable hostility and toxicity in your communication with us from the very beginning, so we followed eBay's return process to a tee and issued a refund once the return was complete. There's no need to engage further than that when a customer's behavior is unbecoming and inappropriate, as your review self-evidently displays.
We'll continue doing our best to provide the best possible service and tires to our customers, as well as learn from and prevent future mistakes. That is indeed why we're a reputable company with hundreds of thousands of happy customers!
