They sent my order without telling me when to expect it and it sat on my back doorstep for 2 days in 110 degree weather. When I called they said it should be fine. I was on terzepitide from another company for 5mos and had no problems but I took my first dose and have been nauseas for 2 days. I think the heat messed with it. They don't give refunds. Dr doesn't reply.

Recieved an empty box. I was charged $449.97 for a 3 month supply of medication. The box was empty when I recieved it. I contacted them immediately. They have not resolved the problem with either a refund or the medication I was supposed to receive. I get emails saying they are looking into it. When I call I am on hold for about 10 minutes before the call disconnects. I had to dispute the transaction with my credit card company.
