I order 2x 3metre long by 70cm wide ali…

I order 2x 3metre long by 70cm wide ali composite boards for my truck sides, as advertising.
The order arrived on time.
But
1. the signs were cut in half, no where in the T&Cs did it mention this would be the case, I did wonder how they post this size.
2. the corners were ALL broken so even joining the signs together would look bad.
3. the overall cutting of the edges was very poor, looked like an axe had been used! So again, joining them would not be ideal.
4. there were cut marks and scuffs along the edges and on some of the surfaces.
Postively, the chap who dealt with the complaint (unresolved to my satisfaction) was good and responsive.
He did point out that at the time of using the online calculator it would tell me that it would be in tiles if over a certain size, but thats the only time this is specified. In the corrspondence emails about the design, its never mentioned. In the proof document there is no indication that they will be cut in half, e.g. a line down the middle, or 2 panels.

Terrible quality, awful customer service

Horrendous quality and appalling customer service.

I ordered postcards and A5 booklets. The postcards arrived on Friday, loose in the box, bend and damaged, printed on flimsy paper and blurry. The booklets were due to arrive but did not. The phone number provided in their email is a new incorrect number. I emailed and received a response to say I would be contacted in 24 working hours.

I had to contunally email on Monday for a reponse - the booklets were overdue and needed for a dead line. I eventually spoke to Henry, who appologised for the postcards, I asked for a refund, he said he would organised them to be reprinted and he promised he would sort this out and they would be delivered on Wednesday. I asked numerous times where the booklets were. It seemed at this point they hadn't actually been printed. The booklets have arrived Wednesday. The booklets were again just thrown in box and therefore bent, there are colour bleeds throughout and the paper has not been cut properly at the edges so its all ragged. They really are appalling. I cannot give these to my customers.

I have not received reprints of the postcards. The postcards and booklets I have are unusable, I honestly cannot believe just how bad they are.. The customer service is appalling. I am now seeking a refund via my credit card.

I have added pictures of how the cards arrived, the colour bleeds on the booklets and what the edges of the booklets are like.

Please do not waste you time and money using this company.

Do not use this company (or these bunch…

Do not use this company (or these bunch of scamming clowns) if your after a good quality product. I recently purchased some Aluminium composite signs, OMG the quality was non existent, the quality of the print was awful, but the worst thing about them, they looked like they had been trimmed by a blind man with a bread knife, they were shocking, not something I would give to a paying customer, I'd be embarrassed to be sending something like this out, I thought i'd seen some poor quality work over the years but this goes straight to the top.

For some reason I didn't look at the reviews before purchase, and unfortunately kicking myself now, I wish I did, looking at the hundreds of negative reviews.

I have tried to get a full refund, but they are now ignoring my emails, the phone number just puts you on hold and you cant get through.

They did respond 3 days later stating there T&C's that any rejects have to be returned to them 24hrs from date of delivery, They know what they are doing, as they don't reply and there's no return address anywhere, I requested for the return address and still no reply, Looks like it's a lesson learnt.

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.

I DO NOT recommend this company

They accepted the order and received payment from me perfectly. They sent the order on time.
But the order itself was different! Completely different. They simply ignored my conditions and did it the way they wanted. It feels like they can do one operation and do it to everyone!
When I asked for clarification, they accepted my complaints and then simply ignored me!

Be careful. I DO NOT recommend this company. It is better to avoid contact with them and choose others...

terrible customer service

It's likely a scam. I have been dealing with this company's customer service department for the best part of a month. The guy on the phone insulted me and called me delusional for reading out their terms of service to them. furthermore ive not recived any emails giving me any progress of how my refund "investigstion" is going and the guy tried to gaslight me into feeling like i am in the wrong.

The initial issue was that the 30 foamex boards we ordered were not in good condition, with very poor print quality, varying sizes and widths, etc. They kept asking for proof of the issue to try to frustrate me after I had sent 14 images already. They asked for more and more elaborate angles each time, it's infuriating

Bad service

I recently had a very disappointing experience. I placed an order for artwork to be printed twice on the front side of A4 paper, intending to cut it into 500 individual copies. Unfortunately, what I received was a single large A4 print, which completely missed the specifications I provided during my phone call.

Despite reaching out for assistance, I have received no response for over a week, which is incredibly frustrating.

Scam Alert...

I placed two orders with them, and both arrived in very poor quality. After I submitted a complaint, they stopped responding. I will be initiating a chargeback, and I encourage everyone here to check their transactions and consider requesting a chargeback as well

Scamming

Dreadful

The signs we ordered look like they were cut with an axe. The edges were all over the place and quite rough and sharp. There are also lumps under the printing.
We got a replacement set of signs which were even worse than the 1st lot. Customer service said they were within standards which h is a joke. We were only offered £20 off our next order and no further correspondence was received.

Extremely Disappointed with Printed Today

I’m not usually one to publicly criticise companies, but this experience needs to be shared.

I placed an order with Printed Today for a 23-foot sign, scheduled for delivery on May 21st. From the outset, the experience has been nothing short of unacceptable. The original order was somehow lost, and from there, communication became almost non-existent. I was passed from person to person with no clear answers, and absolutely no sense of urgency or responsibility.

FedEx, the courier they used, was just as confused—first stating it would be delivered on the 26th, then the 28th, then the 30th for collection. Each update was wrong, and no one seemed to be able to provide any real clarity or accountability.

Now, on May 31st, the customer has had to go out of their way to collect the item themselves, as the only delivery option offered was Monday, June 2nd—nearly two weeks after the original delivery date.

This experience has been completely unacceptable. Poor communication, disorganisation, and zero customer care. I won’t be using Printed Today again, and I’d strongly caution others to think twice before placing an order with them.

Absolute rubbish

So, we called and spoke with a sales guy initially who talked us through the process and the options for site banners.
We were told they provide a free design service, all we have to do is send a photo of our business card and they will design from that.
The banners were delivered in good time however the print was pixelated and blurred, they had literally blown up the image we had sent them.
The 3 meter x 2 meter banners came with only 4 eyelets which is hardly substantial enough for something this size.
Needless to say the banners ripped within a week.
In our order we purchased x2 heras gate panels, a pair, we received x2 left handed banners.
A complaint was raised with printed today, and photo evidence provided.
Printed today asked for additional photos of the banners taken from 2 meters away, we obliged.
We then received an email to say that this quality passes their standards, complaint closed.
Ok fair enough from 2 meters away they look ok but for £400 we were hoping for something abit sharper.
The eyelets was apparently our fault!
Nothing mentioned about the 2 left hand gates.
Further emails sent with regards to the gate panels no response back from them.
I’ve tried to call various times but no one answers the phone.
Avoid this company like the plague!!!!!!

AVOID - Try calling there number first

AVOID! Try calling there numbers first, that should tell you everything you need to know. Would spend more and know your getting your prints and if they do come of good quality too!
Seen some shocking work after seeing some reviews.

LIARS & GROSSLY INCOMPETENT

If there were an option, I wouldn't even give 1 star.

This company use generic names - Peter, Henry, Alan, George and others, so whenever they speak with you or interact on chat, they use these names, so there is no continuity in dealing with the complaint; you have to continually repeat yourself for the different person to tell you the same lies and profusely apologise (none of it is sincere).

My order was placed for delivery on Wednesday 21st May, I took the day off from client consultations (i'm self employed) to be able to receive delivery. When i checked the tracking it only showed a label was created on 19th at 04.57 and nothing else, not scanned out of Printed Today nor scanned into FedEx. I called Printed today and they instantly blamed FedEx, saying they had lost it, but it would DEFINITELY be delivered tomorrow (22nd) WITHOUT FAIL. It wasn't delivered.
Peter (not his real name), the, so say, complaints manager, promised the order would be reprinted and sent out that day and delivered without fail today (23rd). It wasn't!!
I called this morning (16 calls without being answered, only being cut off after 6 mins each time by the annoying hold system) and finally spoke to Peter ( he had a different voice from yesterday) who gave me the 'standard fake concern and apologies' and promised and THEIR expense the order would be reprinted and delivered tomorrow Saturday 24th WITHOUT FAIL.
I received the tracking reference after chasing them for over an hour on the phone, and it is stated as being delivered on Tuesday 27th....

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, THEY ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY, LIARS AND GROSSLY INCOMPETENT

I used this printing service twice

I used this printing service twice. The first time, I was happy with what they offered, and the quality seemed decent. However, the second time left me completely speechless – and not in a good way.

When they sent me the image confirmation for print, it had a watermark and their logo across the front. I assumed this was just part of the preview – as many companies do to protect their digital proofs – so I didn’t think much of it. I never imagined they would actually print their logo on the final product.

But that’s exactly what they did. My artwork arrived with their company branding printed prominently across the front. Not only is it distracting, it completely ruins the piece. I ordered artwork I intended to display – now it’s completely unusable.

I honestly can't understand the logic here. They removed the watermark but decided to keep the logo. Who would want someone else’s advertisement printed over their artwork or banner? It’s absurd.

This is not what I paid for, and I find the whole situation extremely strange. Please be cautious before ordering – there seems to be a serious issue with how this company handles artwork previews and final prints.

scam, money stealers

I was chatting to a gentleman named "Philip" on the web chat for his help placing an order. As the chat went on it became clearer and clearer he was a scam artist. Not only did he have no clue what he was talking about, he also asked me to pay for my order by sending money by BACS to a bank account of a person named Waheed Abdul. I started questioning the reason behind it and he suddenly got angry, his English became poor and he was getting very annoyed about me bringing up these reviews. They are a scam and I am so glad I didn't send money to them.

Printed Today potentially hijacked by scammers

Months ago we ordered a couple of banners, which we received and were happy with. HOWEVER, since then, it seems like the company may have been hijacked by scammers. We keep receiving spam calls from an Indian call centre (we just received one a moment ago), who claim that they are 'Printed Today'. One of those calls came immediately after we visited their website, after not viewing it for months. So it seems like the site may be compromised and personal details may have been stolen by the scammers.

DO NOT VISIT THEIR WEBSITE AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
