I have used the mascara and eyeliner pencil for quite a while. Love both of them! Pencil stays on all day. Mascara makes your lashes look long and separated. Both are great products! Highly recommend! Great customer service too!

I love this mascara for older women! I am 70 and using regular mascara makes my thin lashes bend and curl!
But with Prime Prometics Mascara for older women, My lashes become full and straight for a long time!
I would love to get a free one!

I stumbled on Prime Prometics via the internet. Not knowing anything about the company or products, I did hesitant....for a nano second!! I started with their mascara and have never looked back. After years of dealing with clumps I am thrilled with a mascara that actually goes on clump free and lasts all day. I am also giving 5 stars to their CC Cream. At 67 I finally found a foundation that makes my skin look great! I have found their customer care to be outstanding. What are you waiting for? Give Prime Prometics a try! You won't be disappointed!

I bought the eyeliner because the advert showed it gliding on the eye and because it’s for women over 50. I am utterly disappointed since it doesn’t glide on in fact it’s quite difficult for it to get any visible coverage and what does go on doesn’t stay on it just slips down my face.

I love this mascara. It doesn’t clump and it colors and separates my lashes nicely. Very natural looking however if you add more layers you could build up the look of the lashes.
I also liked that it removed easily and didn’t irritate my wyes

I’ve been with prime prometics for a bit now. Their newest line- the lip balm, came with a damaged tube. I reached out through email and received an email back stating they would immediately resend my lip balm plus! I’m well pleased with the products I use, lip balm, mascara, eyeliner! I’m wondering what else I need to try! You can’t go wrong with these products!

I purchased the mascara and eyeshadow. I love them both. The mascara really lengthens my blonde sparse eyelashes. The eyeshadow easily glides over my crepy eyelids. Both products stay on my watery hooded eyes. I'm sold on this brand.

I bought a couple eyeshadows and an eye liner that were marketed as being for women over fifty. They said the products didn’t clump or smear. They actually do both. They said the products would brighten my hooded eyes. They don’t last long enough to tell. It’s just a soft, smeary product. I won’t buy again.

This review is not about the product, but about the service. I ordered an eyeliner and mascara on June 7. Today is July 4. I have been in contact with a service bot twice and was told it hasn't even been packed for shipping yet. I told them just to cancel the order but they said they couldn't. The option given was to return the order.
I usually don't care how long it takes but I ordered well in time for an event. The website says a seven day delivery. Bull. I was offered no help, discount, nothing. If the 'problem' persist, maybe a human might be summoned to help me.
What bullshit. Even if I liked the product, I will NEVER order from them again.
UPDATE....After writing this review, they offered to send out the order, no charge, and refund my original payment. Yes, you made it right....after I told you how. You should have done this in the first place.

Run as fast as you can from this company. I was a first time customer of foundation and mascara. I did not like the foundation and they promised me a full refund as their website offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Well, first they ask you to see if there is anything else you want to order, then they stall you on your correspondence, saying that it takes a few days for the refund to take effect. Well after close to a month, they then say “we need to send this to our investigation team”. I contacted my credit card at that point and started a dispute. Interestingly enough, a day later, I received a full refund. I will not be dealing with this company again!

OMG! Each new year I would buy a new mascara with the plan to wear it daily--I don't wear makeup. I'd use it a few times and it would become a frustrating part of my day clumping, etc. Prime mascara has been a game changer! Perfect, quick and easy! Thanks!
