I was interested in buying a massage chair and came across Prime Massage Chairs website online. Their website had a number of great articles about choosing a chair, what to look for, prices, features, etc etc. The customer service representative I dealt with answered all my questions & was very quick to respond. I made a last minute change after I ordered & their customer service took care of the change. I would recommend anyone looking for a massage chair to deal with Prime Massage Chairs for your questions & purchase.

The hair was delivered in a timely manner. This is the best chair for raising the feet above the heart. It's comfortable and attractive. It was easy to assemble and is easy to use.

Communication was great with this company, the only concern was the delivery of the chair. The delivery company called only 15 minutes out and stated he didn’t bring a lift to get the chair down off the truck. Luckily a friend was here to help lift the 182lb chair from the tailgate to the floor. Not easy for 2 older gentleman. Driver only brought it to the end of his tailgate.

The ordering process was simple and aside from a few hiccups in the white glove delivery (which really isn't Prime's fault) everything went pretty smoothly.

One reason I only give them 4 stars instead of 5 is that measurements for the actual minimum doorway opening width that an unassembled chair can fit through are not consistently provided for all of the models they offer so I had to contact both Prime as well as the manufacturers several times for this information before committing to purchase which was frustrating. Being able to easily determine if the chair will fit through the doorway of your desired room seems like a really important piece of information to clearly provide for every model since hiring a carpenter to remove a door frame isn't exactly a minor undertaking especially if it's last minute on the day of delivery. (The "shipping dimensions" only provide the width of the packaging/pallet which doesn't tell you if the chair itself will fit through the door.)

Otherwise their prices and service were quite good and I would definitely recommend them.

Anyone taking advantage of "white glove" delivery should be prepared to have issues with the delivery company schedule (it seems like every delivery company will conveniently have a truck break down on the first scheduled day of delivery) along with the delivery staff not being experienced with your make/model chair. I had to put the YouTube assembly video on my TV for them to watch step-by-step while assembling the chair (on their second visit because their first visit they only assembled the chair about 2/3rds of the way and said there would be an "expert" arriving about an hour after them but that never happened and several phone calls later it became clear that the delivery company either made that up or was really poorly prepared). It's best to assume you may have to perform some final assembly tasks on your own. (Again, this part isn't Prime's fault at all, they're relying on 3rd party delivery companies.)

Excellent customer service through out the whole process. Overall I am happy with my Titan II Massage Chair. Keith was very prompt and professional with getting my small issue resolved.

My only complaint was that the company that was sent out to deliver my chair, being pre-warned we wanted the chair on the second floor, could not deliver it upstairs. I was immediately refunded the white glove delivery which I appreciated. I did then have to call a professional moving company to bring my chair upstairs. They had no issue bringing it up the stairs.

I would definitely recommend Prime Massage Chairs. I would not recommend there sub-contracted white glove delivery service in my area.
