Primaldew’s legit. Just throw it in some water, mix it up, and done. Tastes earthy, but not gross like a lot of this kind of stuff. Been on it for a bit and I feel kinda more awake and just better in general.
No weird side effects or anything sketchy. Super easy, no thinking required. Big fan.
