Biased forum that recommend scam retailers

This company have a forum that supposable need to help you choose the engagement ring. I followed the posts of this forum and it lead me to very unpleasant experience forth and back with jewelry peace. First the clickbite diamond was not available and I was asked to pay more for some better diamond, but in fact I got totally different diamond with much low quality.

Than I was advised to read trustpilot reviews and found very good and unbeatable by price online jeweler. When I try to tell about my bad experience last year, my thread was closed for new posts. And few days ago I found one thread for the retailer i wanted to praise open and I put the image of the engagement ring I've purchased last year. My account was instantly blocked and the whole thread deleted.

This is totally biased forum, its nothing like how they present themselves. Avoid them at any cost.

When I tried to make an argument with relevant reviews from relevant review sites like Google reviews and Trustpilot, they are just questioning Trustpilot relevancy. I got answer:
"It has been a subject of controversy for quite some time." With some generic unknown link that should prove that you are not relevant.

I can provide the links and images if needed. I am shopping online for 25 years and I have never experienced more misleading and frustrating shopping experience in my life.

Their suggestions mess my proposal plans and I was close to loose my relationship.
