Not able to access my gift card do to…

Not able to access my gift card do to email account. Did changed email address and opened two cases, tried to resend gift card to my updated email I did through Preeze but haven’t received the gift card info. Called and I was waiting over 30 minutes and never got to talk to an representative. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with customer service. Until now I have not been able to access the gift card I bought.
