Total ripoff with bad attitude

I booked a class back in June and was truly disappointed. The level of training is doubtful. After spending several hours on the road, I arrived with an instructor well below the expected level who gave many wrong instructions. Not going back there again.

neglectful, poor service, no refunds…

We paid for a private showjumping lesson. We arrived 20 minutes before to find a horse with a strong prohibited bit, in a small box for the size without water or food and all tacked up with marks of suffering. The so called trainer when the time came for the class (100 pounds overpriced) was still teaching someone else and also we noticed she was texting in her phone. My daughter asked for help with the stirrups and the trainer L was on her phone and did not assist her. I made the remarks about this and the woman in an arrogant attitude got upset and decided to not give the class. She stopped my daughter from cantering and if not because she is a good rider, she would have fallen. This trainer that starts her name with L is arrogant, very little customer service and she did not give the class and neither refund. The owner of the place needs to be sympathetic, she reminded me of thieves taking the money giving excuses. Prepare to go with arrogant women where you are not allowed to comment and if you do they will cancel your class and take your money. There are so many good trainers in the country a shame we had this horrible experience. Not going back never again there!
