I purchased the complete set of Forno appliances from PHS. The stove needed to be returned/exchanged. Although it was a long process, the company followed through and took care of the refund with Forno and made sure my problem was resolved. I'd recommend them and purchase from them again for that.

We moved cross-country 5 years ago.
The place we moved into had a small refrigerator so we just used it. But after 5 years, I deserved better and bigger! So I began looking! I looked for 6 months in stores and online! When I came across Premium Home Source, I was amazed! Their prices were good and the company was out of Canada! I’m in California. I wanted to support them! I chose the counter depth one that was “medium” in size. I do not need a HUGE one in my medium kitchen. It has worked so well! I absolutely LOVE it! The delivery guys unpacked it and set it in place. My husband hooked up the water line, then put the silver handles on, plugged it in, and we were good to go! It is very quiet too! It does also include gold handles! Bonus if I paint the walls a different color someday. So look around, but come back here to buy. Happy Trails!

PHS helped me choose then perfect Forno appliance package for my home! Their customer service was superb and pricing was unmatched. The appliances actually arrived too quickly and we weren’t quite ready for them and they helped me delay delivery for 1 more week so my contractors could make room for them. Everything was in perfect condition when it arrived and the packaging was in a sturdy reinforced box to keep everything secure. Bought a new cooktop and range hood from Premium Home Source and everything went smoothly. The shipping was faster than I expected and the packaging was soli. There was no damage or missing parts. I installed it and followed the instructions the install was straightforward and the unit works great so far. It’s quieter than my old one and actually looks pretty sleek in the kitchen. Haven’t had to deal with customer service yet, but based on the experience so far I’d definitely order from them again.

Great service! Love my ZLINE range!
We ordered the full ZLINE appliance package from Premium Home Source for our kitchen remodel, and overall we’ve been really happy with it. Everything looks sharp and works well, but the 48” gas range is by far my favorite part.
It heats up fast, the burners are powerful, and it’s surprisingly easy to keep clean. I’ve especially noticed how evenly it cooks, even when the oven is fully loaded. Roasts, casseroles, even baked goods come out exactly how I want them.
One thing I didn’t expect is how well it maintains temperature without constant cycling on and off. It’s made a big difference when I’m slow cooking or doing longer recipes.
Premium Home Source made the whole buying process easy and straightforward. Delivery was on time and everything arrived in perfect shape. Highly recommend!

Love my Harvest Right Freeze Dryer!

Order #62298 Terrible Service, Misleading Availability, and No Accountability
I ordered a full mini split system specifically because the website showed everything in stock with a clear ETA of April 23. I received the condenser and two cassettes, but one cassette was missing. I contacted customer service immediately, and instead of a solution, I was met with vague responses and no ETA—even though I was told it was in stock when I ordered.
After pushing for answers, they finally admitted they were just the middlemen and passed the blame to the manufacturer, Senville. Now Senville says FedEx misplaced the cassette and offered a “solution” of returning the system only if it’s in the original boxes, which I had already discarded (as most people would after installation prep). Meanwhile, nobody is taking responsibility.
To make it worse, my previous review was deleted—so they clearly don’t want honest feedback from real customers being seen. This company doesn’t actually stock anything, and once you’ve paid, they wipe their hands clean and leave you to deal with manufacturers and shipping messes.
If you're like me and rely on accurate shipping timelines to keep projects moving, avoid this place at all costs. There are better, more transparent options out there.

Alex went above and beyond…. There was some challenges with product availability but the communication was more than I expected in today’s climate. Just as I was about to modify my original order I received a phone call saying they located the missing hood vent and a refrigerator to ship our complete appliance package. The pricing was good but the service was great.

Great Experience with Delivery Times
I have had a great experience with the customer support staff for our order. I ordered a large appliance package when it went on sale but the house it was going in was being completely remodeled and wasn't ready for appliances. They made arrangements for it to be held for us for several months until the house was ready for it. There was some confusion when we were finally ready to set up a delivery date and they were incredibly helpful and prompt in helping us fix the problem. I am grateful for such accommodating people who are willing to do whatever is needed to make things easier. It's a rare find these days.
