I called the company. The customer service person listened to my problem and said what I needed. I bought it, installed it, and it was like night and day. I've never had a problem since.

I am very impressed with the filtration system and the company. The contact I had with the company was very informative and gave me the confidence to buybthe system. They were correct that a good plumber could install the system. I'm very impressed with quality of our water and thrilled to rid of our water softener. I love having the feeling of real water in shower and no more film on counters, glass and my skin. I highly recommend this system to anyone who has hard water or a well.

This company is one the best
To me this company is one the best that I have ever dealt with. Each time I call or email them I receive an answer not immediately, but by the next day or two, which is reasonable. As to the quality of the PS-1000 it's excellent as well as their customer service. They are wiling to talk to me for as long as necessary to answer my questions without pressuring me to move on, which sometimes I can be redundant. The individual I speak to is the same person, I don't remember his name, he is always kind, knowledgeable, and gives excellent advice.
