The Heaven in Kigali was old and tired and our plunge pool didn’t work. I suggest you find an alternative in Kigali. The Singita in Rwanda was wonderful as was the Singita Gremeti. Zanzibar was a bit of a shock for us; we weren’t prepared for the filth and severe poverty. The White Sands was excellent and lunch at the Rock was memorable. I am serious when I say I NEVER write reviews! I can’t pass on the opportunity to express my gratitude and thanks to Premier Africa. This was my wife’s bucket list trip and premier nailed it! The service, communication and amenities were top shelf. Not sure how you vacation for 2 weeks with ZERO ISSUES. Gaynor, Glen, Abdul, Zakke and everyone throughout the trip were amazing. I could go on and on but in short…ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!

Great service from first minute to the end! Gaynor and her team had made our trip a life time luxurious, enjoyable and memorable. The accommodation surpassed our expectations. The golf courses selection was superb especially the Links! Shamwari is amazing place to visit along with others stops along the way. Thank you for offering post tour to the Victoria Falls! Beautiful and worth visiting!

Professionally planned and executed 3 week trip in South Africa. It is rare to experience a multi-stop complex itinerary with all the potential opportunities for a glitch and yet Premier Africa delivered on every front; logistics, service, guides, accommodation etc

Premier Africa did a wonderful job of shepherding us through Cape Town and golf courses of Fancourt, George to the Shamwarie Preserve. Gaynor and her band of elves, Ross, Devan Zakey and Mohammed did an amazing job with such grace and attention to detail. Our accommodations were sumptuous and beautiful.I can’t wait to go back again.

This trip was planned to its tiniest detail, yet everything went exactly as planned. The credit surely belongs to several people, but the person we dealt with up front and throughout the trip was Gaynor.
The accommodation at all the venues was of the highest standard. All staff that took care of us, interacted in some way with us, or just greeted us as we passed them by, were friendly, courteous, well-versed with their particular subject, be it animal spotting, driving and guiding us about the reserves, chaperoning us around areas of interest, or driving us safely around wild animals or city traffic.
Though I had seen many of the Cape Town places we visited, and had self-driven around game reserves, there is no comparison with what this superbly planned trip offered; memories for the rest of our lives!

I can’t say enough great things about Premier Africa and my trip to South Africa. They thought of so many little things to make you feel special. Every detail was perfect. I will definitely do another tour with them!! Gaynor, Ross, Devan, Zakey and the other guides were fantastic and we all enjoyed being with them. Our trip was fabulous! Every detail was covered from staff meeting us at airports to very knowledgeable guides/rangers and great accommodations. Danny was in contact with us daily and assisted us on several occasions with purchases and shipping.

Our honeymoon trip to South Africa was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and we owe so much of that to Premier Africa. From the very beginning, Danny, our trip specialist, was incredibly attentive and made the entire planning process seamless. She listened to what we wanted, offered fantastic recommendations, and put together an itinerary that exceeded all expectations.

Once we arrived, we were lucky to have Abdul as our guide. He was absolutely phenomenal—knowledgeable, thoughtful, and intuitive about what would make our trip extra special. Whether it was navigating logistics effortlessly, sharing fascinating insights, or ensuring we got to experience everything on our list (and more), Abdul took care of us in the best way possible.

Best trip ever! Well organized - both golf and safari parts of the program. Travel once we arrived in SA was easy and went smoothly. Enjoyed the local entertainment. Accommodations were first rate. Gaynor and Graeme were excellent hosts! I would definitely recommend this trip to others.

Premier Africa curated a fabulous experience for our group. Putting together a golfing Safari experience throughout South Africa. Not only were the multiple golf courses excellent but the lodging venues were five star. Viewing the animals at an all inclusive private game reserve with expert guides was the cherry on top.Truly an extraordinary experience. I highly recommend Premier Africa for anyone wishing to visit Africa and desiring a trip to remember.

We have taken four trips four with Premier Africa. Three were with other groups and the last, the most challenging, was private for three people. It was also our third safari but the most complicated - from the onset idea to fruition. It included six stops, four countries in three weeks



There was clear communication from the beginning to keeping in touch throughout the trip. Every aspect of travel was handled from visas, being met at planes and taken through customs, then to ground vehicles, to accommodations. We did not have to worry about anything.



They worked with our requests for three people, private guides and no nonsense. Our accommodations were typical Premier Africa - spectacular. We felt right at home and our guides became "part of the family"



Because we knew every aspect of travel was taken care of, it was a very relaxing three weeks. Everything we wanted it to be!

Premier Africa is a first-class experience! From start to finish every detail was anticipated and cared for. Our guide Sam was the most thoughtful guide we have ever had! Sam genuinely cared about our experience and anticipated everything we would want. Our trip was absolutely a life changing experience! We will use Premier Africa on our next trip in 2 years to see the Great Migration and Gorillas. By using Premier Africa I have no concerns our next trip will be as perfect as our first trip.
