Praktica binoculars
i purchased a pair of binoculars £64.99 after a few years ink/dye starting coming off on to my hands and subsequently everything i touched . i contacted Praktica who informed me it was a manufacturing fault.They offered 20% off a new pair that wouldn't have this issue - NOT ACCEPTABLE as this is a manufacturing fault and i should have been offered a replacement pair that doesnt have this issue
