They give terrible offers. They gave me an offer that was 1,500 less than their competitor. They then give you an excuse saying the markets are trending down knowing how poor their offer was.

Actively lied to regarding the availability of a bike, here is an honest review.
Seeing as I have not received a response from the representative Robert or a call from the supervisor, Colt, not that they owe it to me after actively lying to me, however, I’m still leaving this review. Before I explain, I understand this is a business, I understand there are things in place to do with money, but what I don’t understand is being lied to over a bike.
I had genuine mixed feelings about selling my motorcycle and requested if there was any possibility of buying it back. I just completed my time in service with the Navy and this bike had recent wonderful memories made. I felt like I wanted to upgrade until it was gone and that emptiness sat with me…
I reached out and asked if there was any way I could get it back. I was told it was sold at auction. I asked if that was for certain, then I was told it was sold via E-Sale and was even explained what an E-sale is when I asked what it was.
I contacted the auction house directly to see if this was accurate. Upon contacting the auction house, I find out that my bike was never sold at auction or via E-sale, no bids were made prior to the auction date and the bike sold on the block in person during a live auction on the scheduled up and coming auction date. Upon asking the PB representative about this information, he stated his supervisor was the one who provided him with false information and told him the bike had sold via E-sale. This to me seems made up or as if the supervisor is covering. Either way, it is wrong and was false…
The day I found out that the past week it never sold via auction or E-sale, it sold at live auction. Very disappointing. Again, I get it, it’s a business, if there was no way to obtain the bike again, that’s all that needed to be said up front on day one. Instead, I was give multiple lies.
Trust goes a long way with customer experience. I don’t appreciate being lied to in something as simple as a motorcycle deal.
You could’ve just let me know it was up for consignment and there was no going back or way to get me the bike.
Instead you actively lied to me.
This is extremely unprofessional and uncalled for as a company that you represent and I hope this is not standard practice.
Thank you for lying to me about a motorcycle as it lead to this honest review to help others. I hope this warns everyone to be aware that not everything they tell you is true, and please do yourself a favor and research your motorcycle’s value before selling.
I won’t say that they lowball every bike, I felt as though the offer on mine was fair, but I have heard from others I know personally who I originally recommended this company to prior to being lied that they had been lowballed. I told them previously I would recommend them, which I did and this was their response.
Typically on 2000s model Harley’s.
I hope this changes your ways of doing business and the overall customer experience to become one that is at all times, honest and up front.
I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience as a customer. I know they’re happy because they made money and there is nothing they can do for me, but I hope this review will help someone else in the future who may have mixed feelings about a sentimental piece of their life.
Best piece of advice I can give- do not change your mind on selling your bike to this company.

Company is a SNAKE
This business is trying to swindle desperate potential sellers for their hard earned money. They have no appreciation for actual value or considering giving a legitimate fair offer. I was offered one third of the market value of my bike without them blinking an eye. Do not sell here, do not entertain their conniving methods of "business" whoever started this company clearly has no regard or priority for the common man/woman and their business shows it.

I would rate 10 stars if there is such ano option! Super impressive. I stopped by serveral local motorcycle dealerships trying to sell my Ducati Panegale 959 course. But they either did not open to buying used bikes or offered a very low price. Selling the bike became a burden for me. Then I found powersportbuyers.com on the internet. Their description of process sounds too easy to be true. Then I searched the internet first and confirmed this is not a scam. After that I started my own try. The whole process is exactly as they described on the website-just fill out the basic info on their wbesite, send them pictures. then real person email and call me. They asked me only a couple very reasonable questions about a scrach on my bike but did not cut the price big using it as an excuse. I was offered a price much higher then the local stores offered! They picked up the bike at my garage and handed me a check within only a few days! And I deposit the check right away- it is real money! As other people said- it could not be any easier to sell a bile than this! I am very impressed and grateful!

Pleasant Experience
Selling with powersport buyer has been a pleasant experience.
They had a transparent process for asking the pics and ownership confirmation of the bike and provided an offer which was acceptable.
Worked with Jason, who was quick on response and made the deal smooth and hassle free with free pick up on a flat bed from my place.
It was so much better then posting bike on CL or marketplace where you may get better price but have to deal with jockeys asking for test rides and negotiating for 1/3 of posted price.
Great for a no nonsense bike selling experience
Will recommend for ease of dealing and transparent transaction.
Keep riding!! Cheers

Sell to a private party!
Received an offer and accepted. They sent documents in a prepaid envelope that the USPS sent back return to sender because they could not "verify payment of postage". They then mailed my title back and never answered the phone. Customer service sucks. This was pretty inconvenient given that I am in Iraq and now can't sell my motorcycle.

Received multiple bids. Took forever to respond and they were the lowest bidder. 2 local dealers had better pricing. Most difficult to work with. Go elsewhere

Poor customer service
The customer service trying to sell my bike with them is ridiculous. You have to fill out all the information which is fine. But then you have to send multiple pictures of the motorcycle, ok. Then submit it. Later I got a text saying to send pictures again through text but one at a time because they can’t receive multiple pictures. Then respond “done” ok! Then I got a text saying they will get back to me in 48 business hours . Do you really think I ever heard back? I text the number that text me and never heard anything.

Powersport Buyers has fantastic customer service!
Couldn't have been easier to sell my bike - wish I had known about Powersport Buyers from the beginning. I sold my 2015 Victory Magnum for a great price and without any hassle. Ron and Powersport Buyers walked me through each step, followed up to see if I had any questions (I didn't), and picked up the bike right on time. Highly recommended!

Colin was first class. He helped me feel secure from the first email and all the way through the process. He was totally professional and friendly. He answered all my questions. With all the scamming going on out there, I was grateful to finally find a company I could trust.
