If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars, I would. It’s been almost seven months since I received the wrong-colored armrest, and the issue is still unresolved. Customer service claimed they needed to build a brand-new replacement something that makes no sense then offered a 10 % “inconvenience” credit that never materialized. For the last three months my follow-up emails have gone unanswered, and they refuse to process a return. At this point I’m involving my attorney. Hands down the worst customer-service experience I’ve ever had.

Don’t believe the reviews or photos
After their great reviews I decided to buy a bed that looked gorgeous online. Got good reviews. Then the bed arrives and this is a $1300 bed Plus $200 assembly fee so over $1500 and when the bed arrives, there were no directions the drivers could barely put it together and once they did, it’s so cheap I’m embarrassed by this bed. I can’t believe it’s made so cheap and then all provision will do is give me like 5% off. They want a $400 restocking fee which obviously they’ve got you there so I would never order anything from them. Please don’t do it. It’s pretty close to a scam. Very very cheaply made furniture.

Love my kitchen island
I ordered an extendable island table with a sintered stone top. It is stunning and makes my kitchen so much more comfortable and substantial. I was skeptical about ordering online from a site I had never used, but it was the only piece that I could find to suit my needs at a price point I could afford. I am very satisfied and highly recommend.

Delighted with our new YUMI extendable table
We are very pleased with our new table. The ease in extending the table is great.
The packaging of the table was awesome. The top had a lot of foam around it to protect it and the legs were triple wrapped to protect them.
The ease in assembly was awesome. Take 4 screws out of the base, put the legs in place and tighten down the screws. It might of taken 30 minutes to do the unpacking and assembly.
We were surprised with the delivery. It actually arrived two weeks early and the delivery driver was awesome. He brought the table up 13 steps and placed it in our kitchen just like they said they would.
We would recommend using your company to all of our friends and anyone who might be reading this review.
