David really helped me out. I was pretty upset about an order where I had mixed up and uploaded the wrong picture and he helped me to better understand what had happened. He was able to send me the contacts I needed and cancel the refund I previously requested. I wasn’t going to keep using the website but I probably will now that I know I can call and receive good help.
