My experience was great I had questions they called me back the same day and Tessa was very professional very helpful and very polite and answered my questions and even told me that someone else would probably contact me through email for summary of the issue and assured me that I have nothing to worry about that my impression kids were being sent my old ones that I sent were not accepted and she assured me that I had new ones on the way and that everything will be fine

Product will not last and customer service was not good
First set lasted about a month and half before it broke in half. They sent me a new set . The new set broke within 2 months. Mind you I don't eat with these in my mouth. After that they declined to send me a new set. Customer service wasn't helpful and they offered me no solutions to replace them. They looked good but they didn't last and they don't stand behind their product.

The 30-day warranty restarts after your first remake. This timeframe helps us address any fitting or cosmetic issues early on. Unfortunately, damage that occurs after the warranty period can be difficult to assess, as it may result from factors beyond our control. We also want to note that we’re currently unable to offer an additional remake due to an outstanding balance of $571.33 as of January 14, 2025. Once the balance is cleared, we’d be happy to reassess how we can assist you in line with our policies. These are an awful product
These are an awful product, not as shown on the website, which are plastic and do not feel or look real. They will not give you a refund either; they have a robot response referring to their promise. buyer beware - this is a money grab.
I returned them as soon as I saw what they were when they arrived.
THE RESPONSE IS SUCH A MONEY GRAB - Stay away!

Skeptical at 1st. Confident in the End!
I am overly impressed with mine. They sent me the first kit but apparently it was too small for my mouth so when I sent my original Impressions off they sent me back a larger kit with more putty. When I sent that kit off they sent me an email saying that it was perfect and they would get right to work. I do think it's kind of pointless to offer a rush delivery option if the Impressions come back within about a week anyways. Anywho yes at first it takes a little bit of adjusting but just like anything with your mouth your tongue and speech adjust naturally. I learned that getting in the shower and singing songs over and over again definitely helps. Also wearing them at work forced me to have to get used to it because I work in the hospitality field. Needless to say I felt like the bottom ones were a little bit loose but they do snap into place. Regardless of what everyone is talking about my smile and I feel so much better. I went ahead and ordered some additional pairs last night. All the naysayers, I'm really sorry your experience wasn't as good as mine. But I will certainly advocate for pop on veneers
