The first month that I ordered was fine. I subscribed every other month, and I ordered 4 days early from my ship date, since I was out. It's been 2 weeks since I ordered the treats, and I haven't had shipping confirmation since. When I have tried to contact customer service, they mostly don't respond, or they take many many days to respond. As of today, I have canceled my subscription, and if I don't get a refund for my $25.99 in the next 24 hours, then I will do a chargeback on my credit card. Avoid this company like the plague.

I ordered a coat for our grand puppy…
I ordered a coat for our grand puppy but it was too small. He is a miniature golden doodle so I thought a M would fit him. I didn’t measure him like I should have. They were very understanding when I contacted them. I sent his measurements this time also. Whoever sent the order sent the same size. I contacted them again and another coat was sent.
This company sticks by their product and care about their customers. I would definitely buy from them again. With all the scams going around you never know but you can trust this company.

The product came. The size was too small and I did not get the free leash. I have tried at least 10 times to email them and ended up with some guy to say hi thanks for your order and wanted me to order again so discouraging hard to talk to a human to get this order Proper.

But after waiting 2 months due to a Postal Strike, they sent me another SMALL. Ridiculous and I am not ordering off Facebook any longer. More disappointing than gratifying. Do not buy from this company 😒

Paw-rfect box!
Well my 12 weeks old GSD puppy LOVEEEEE
the goodies in the box! He is very picky with his treats and toys but he loved every toy and I finally found the treats that I can use to train him!!
Other than my fur baby loving this company.. I loveeeeeee them too. They were so responsive with the details of the toys and treats that I requested and helped me out quickly!

We finally found our favorite Dog Subscription Box!!
I’m subscription box addict. I’ve subscribed to everything from make-up, skincare, lifestyle and home boxes. I recently decided to find my Rottweiler his own box. We signed up for several subscriptions. As the boxes showed up, we were left feeling disappointed. The value of the items barely added up to the price of the box- if at all. The toys were small and he’d show no interest in them within five minutes of me handing the toy to him. He didn’t like the treats (mainly fruit flavored treats.) We wound up canceling them after receiving his first box. I was coming to the conclusion that I might as well just pick him out some things from a pet store once a month and let him enjoy a box that way.
Then his poochperks box showed up. The box was overflowing with items! First the value of the items far exceeded the cost of the box!! I love a good value!! The treats were a huge hit! They are grain free, made in the USA, from brands we actually purchase at the store and THEY WERE MEAT FLAVORED! He can’t get enough of them! The toys were also a huge hit. He hasn’t stopped playing with them. One of the toys he received - the Alien UFO burrow by Zippy paws- he hasn’t stopped carrying it around!! He also received a blanket that he loves. He has slept with it every night since it arrived. These were all good quality items that I would actually purchase for my dog.
Three large bags of treats plus two small bags, Three quality made and fun toys, a blanket, and a package of poo bags which will come in handy this spring when our events start back up. All of this for 49.99!! We are anxiously awaiting Waylon’s next box.

Great Fur Baby Gifts
Pooch Perks is a great way to give to my fellow co-workers as gift when they would get a new fur baby. We all know how the become apart of the family. Never had an issue with ordering. Pretty simple and always fast response anytime I had a question because I wasn't sure about my selection. Waiting for my new fur baby to be home to have her set up with a subscription.

Customer for years
My silky terrier adores her box each month. Great quality toys that last for what I feel like a life time (she’s a chewer). Great treat selections. I feel like each box was made specifically for her each time she gets it. Any box I get wether it be Amazon or etc. She thinks it’s her poochperks. I’ve been a customer for years and had zero issues.

Pooch Perks is a puppy party
Nothing more exciting for our dog then when this box arrives. She can see it on the front porch on delivery and will stare at it for hours. When we finally open it its a party. Squeaky toys are her one goal and she obviously loves the treats. Toys are great and one tug toy cow is over a year old. Her fave. I gifted one to co-worker for their new puppy and he thought it was awesome.

We LOVE Pooch Perks
We LOVE Pooch Perks. Every time we buy one the dogs recognize the box and get all excited. The toys and treats are great. We have also bought them as gifts for our friends dogs with great success. They make great gifts during the Holidays for those friends for whom you never know what to buy.

Then the value is awesome - they give you so many toys and so many treats for the price - they buy local and organic which I love. So much fun! I do not regret it!
My boys LOVED their box. Great quality toys and HIGH QUALITY chews! I used to work for a pet store so I know very well what these things would cost if I bought them individually! I also loved that it was themed! Super cute packaging and theming!
For people upset that the subscription with automatically renew....all subscription boxes do that. Always assume that and either cancel your subscriptions ASAP or use gift cards to sign up.
I got a 3 Month subscription and I intend on renewing!

Not worth the time
I made a mistake when buying the box and purchased a Small when I needed a Large. I emailed them and eventually got through to them. I tried calling and every time it went right to voicemail-- unfortunately no call backs.
Once they got back to my email, they said no problem we will send you a Large for your next box and there will be a slight upcharge for your next 2 boxes (I did the 3 month subscription). I asked how much and told him that was totally fine, I would pay the up charge since that is what I originally should have signed up for. No response to that email.
It seemed to be fixed but then my second package arrived. It was toys clearly made for Small dog and the toys were too dangerous for my dog to play with.
The third box shows up but this time it is at my parents house (Which is my billing address).... I am not sure how this happened but of course I drive to my parents only to find another small box. Very disappointed by this company. I thought it had that "small company" feel while offering the same services as BarkBox and the leaders of this category but unfortunately I was wrong. I emailed them to explain my frustration and not even a sorry was sent out. Oh well, on to the next one!
The only cool thing about their boxes are the themes. each box is a different theme which makes opening them sort of fun.
All in all I would go elsewhere.

awful communication
My dog loved the first box. And I had tried to cancel my subscription due to financial reasons. I called three different times and was only able to leave a voicemail. Never got a call back. So I decided to email them. I emailed them 5 times and still haven’t heard back. I would never recommend this company to anyone if they can’t even help the customers they already have. I wouldn’t give them any stars if that was possible. No communication whatsoever.

Very low quality toys
Very low quality toys. Seams came undone and all three toys were destroyed in less than a week. This from the same dog that has toys from another service and a dollar store that have lasted over a year with daily play.

Takes forever to ship
My first box was supposedly "shipped" but the tracking has been sitting at "awaiting package from seller" for over a week. I checked with customer service and they responded "the shipper is checking with customs." They ship every box internationally? Seems odd and makes me wonder about their sourcing. In any case I am not sure if I will ever get my box and have canceled my subscription.

Ripped off! They keep on charging you!
Ripped off!!! I selected ONE month only and they charged me again for the next month. I called AND emailed the cancellation within one hour of the charge showing but they REFUSED to give me a refund. When I called they told me that the box hadn't gone out yet but still REFUSED to give me a refund! My dog didn't eat anything from the box and doesn't play with the toys so I have no reason to renew the box. I selected ONE month for a reason. Now I'm paying a total of $60 for $15 worth of product! Complete hassle I wish I never tried.
