I’ve just finished my follow up consultations with Zoe, and I really can’t sing the praises of Pocket Hearing enough. I previously had some old generation Sygnia hearing aids and wanted to upgrade to the latest Signia Pro IX. After ordering online they arrived a couple of days later, all set up and are working perfectly, absolute life changing. I had follow up appointments set up with Zoe and she was able to answer all of my questions, demonstrating professionalism and experience. If you’re in the market for new hearing aids then I 100% recommend both the Signia Pro IX and Pocket Hearing.

I was wary of buying online but needed a replacement pair in a panic after my Oticons broke. Pocket Hearing were a revelation. The advice and online test was spot on and I ended up buying a top range Signia Cros system for less than half the cost of my locally bought Oticons.
And they are so much better all round, in conversation and with an amazing outdoor mode which brings bird song to life. Pocket's Zoe is a patient, well informed guide through the whole process and their online store for supplies is reasonably priced and swift to deliver. Can't recommend enough.

I recently bought my first hearing aids from Pocket Hearing and I'm glad I did as I was pleasantly surprised with the experience. It was straight forward, informative and extremely friendly and helpful from the offset. I wish I did it ages ago as it has made a significant difference to wellbeing. Another shout out for Zoe who dealt with everything. Top quality product that meets my needs and a pleasant change to be sold an expensive alternative with features I wouldn't use. I was a bit hesitant to use an online service but I'm more than happy to say me experience was worth it.

Recently purchased hearing aids from Pocket Hearing. Found the service and support excellent compared to a large high street supplier and the NHS wh quoted me 18 months to get hearing aids. Sent my NHS audiogram to Pocket Hearing and on a telephone conversation they told me more about my hearing than anybody. They helped me select the hearing aids I wanted and after delivery at a price 50% less than the high street suppliers
they follow up support was excellent as they call.you at specific times you select. The hearing aids have shown me how much hearing I had lost and I know enjoy the radio,tv, and conversation that I struggled with. I recommend Pure Hearing as a brilliant supplier of excellent hearing aids at very good prices.

Customer service from Zoe has been exemplary. She helped me choose the Signia Silk X aids which are an excellent product and great value for money. The whole process of testing and tuning was unbelievably easy. Pocket Hearing is highly recommended.

What’s not to like , getting hearing aids at 60%less than you would on the high street . Just had delivery of my in ear signia x. The process was very simple

I've now had the Signia hearing aids that I purchased from Pocket Hearing for almost two years. During that time they have performed perfectly. What a difference they have made to my life, not being cut off from everyone. I've had to make contact with Pocket Hearing a couple of times, when I've needed to re-install the app that controls the aids on my phone. On both occasions, they got back to me on the same day and then helped me through the installation procedure, so I soon had my aids back under the control of my phone. Pocket Hearing are a great company and they certainly live up to the claims made on their web site, I would recommend them to anyone.

I recommend this company 100%. I completed the simple hearing test online and my son spoke to Zoe Blake and ordered the hearing aids. They arrived within a couple of days and I've had two follow up telephone appointments to fine tune the aids. Zoe is helpful, frendly and very professional. I've regained my confidence and can hear things really well.

I bought 2 sets of hearing aids in March 2021 they were excellant the consultants were spot on. The over the web test was easy and the results very simmilar as the ones performed in sound proof booths by 2 high street vender who's aid were 2 to 3 times more expensive!
Am about to request a reset for £70 so watch this space

Five stars to Pocket Hearing for trying to offer hearing aids at a fair and reasonable price!

A leading competitor is retailing a pair of advanced hearing aids for £2695 and suggesting this is at a substantial discount to other retailers!

Pocket Hearing are able to sell the same pair of products for £1148 and cover the purchase cost from the manufacturer, retailing and distribution costs and audiological support. They will need to make a viable profit for themselves and also allocate 30% of those profits to charitable works supporting those who need but are unable to afford hearing aids.

The results from a Pocket Hearing on line hearing test closely follows my one conducted by a professional audiologist in a dedicated room. The support and explanations from the representative of Pocket Hearing were extremely understanding and helpful.

It is appreciated that Pocket Hearing will need to select the products they sell to those they feel they will be most reliable and can best support by remote tuning.

Even if Pocket Hearing can only focus on one brand it seems imperative to provide a choice of completely in the ear or behind the ear fittings with or without receivers in the canal. This enables best options for the customer comfort, needs and lifestyle.

Unfortunately Pocket Hearing could not meet my current needs but I wish them every future success and will return when it is absolutely essential to update my current hearing aids.

I do not profess to be an accountant but the business accounts deposited at Companies House do not seem to show trading profits that will result in contributions to “charity”.

In April 2021 Pocket Hearing seems to be funded by a Director’s loan of about £81,097 that is it’s only asset.

The expenses of VAT, Taxes and Social Security and Loans from Directors total £18,259

This reduces the Shareholders funds to £62,838.

It is not easy to understand the VAT situation when there does not seem to be any assets of stock for sale (namely hearing aids) and the business does not have any employees.

It is sad for me that at this point of time I am not able to use Pocket Hearing to purchase the hearing aid I need.

Other supporters might also like to be involved as a potential investors but the current business plan does not seem to be on track to meet the mission statement to make donations to “charity”. The road from loss to profit is unclear.

My feeling is that Pocket Hearing is absolutely genuine in its intentions but unfortunately these days it is important to realise there are many internet business set up with deliberate intent to deceive.
