Real Results After 3 Months with Plunge Chill

I use it three to four times a week, mainly after workouts. It’s been a solid recovery tool. I did run into a small issue early on, but their support team responded fast and handled it professionally. Since then, everything’s been running great. I’ve already recommended it to a few friends — really happy with the experience overall.

A little disappointed

A little disappointed with the chiller. After running it non-stop during day, the water only got down to 48°F. I bought this specifically to reach 42°F without having to rely on ice, but clearly it’s not capable of doing that — at least not in warm weather

Reply from Plungechill

We're sorry to hear the chiller didn’t meet your expectations and apologise for the inconvenience. With daytime temperatures often reaching 85–90°F, the heat can make it challenging to reach 42°F, especially as ambient warmth can quickly reheat the water after cooling.

For better results, we recommend running the chiller overnight when it’s cooler, so your plunge is ready by morning. Let us know if you need any assistance — we're happy to help!

Fast shipping

I was honestly surprised — the shipping was super fast. I got the product within 3 days of ordering, maybe because their warehouse is in CA. Packaging was solid and secure, and the chiller arrived in perfect condition. They even included a video for setup and use.

Fast, friendly, and actually helpful

I reached out with a question about water setup and got a reply within hours. The person who helped me (forgot the name, sorry!) was super friendly and explained things clearly without making it feel like I was bothering them. It’s rare these days to get actual human help so quickly.
