Do not use…ever!!
Absolute bunch of criminals…do not use!
Victor came out as I’d lost hot water in my tank after a power cut.
He initially replaced the heating element in the immersion heater, charging me £192 for a £40 part plus 2.5 hours of labour, a total of £560! This in itself was daylight robbery.
He then continued stating that my 7 year old tank had been installed incorrectly. When challenged on this as to how it had been working for the past 7 years he simply stated, “well it’s installed wrong.”
Upon receiving Plumbforces quote for over £1000, I called another plumber who came out a day later and for the 1hr call out charge, reset my hot water timer and I’ve had hot water ever since.
Basically DO NOT use plumbforce, they’ll take you for a ride and are either incompetent or will deliberately scam you out of £100s or even £1000s of pounds.

Excellent repair to macerator
Shaun arrived very punctually, he was very pleasant and soon found the cause of the leaks to the macerator in the en suite. He completed the job by replacing one part which he had in the van. Everything was done in a very clean and tidy manner and I would fully recommend him.

Do not hire plumbforce. They are money maker company.
I hired from plumbing force they told me the change will be £155 to service the boiler and Gas safety certificate.
They took money from card before engineer came.
An engineer came and told me I have to replace my boiler and place the sticker not to use. He gave me quote to replace new boiler £4200 including labour. Same time I placed the advert on HaMuch. HaMuch local engineer came and repair my boiler
Not recommended at all plumbing force
It's comes first in Google search
When they come to see a faulty boiler they do not have any knowledge instead of placing sticker "Danger not in use"

Great overall service
I wanted to express my thanks to PlumbingForce for sorting my dad's shower today. Since the issue a week ago, thr staff (Michelle) and Plumber (Ash) were amazing from start to finish always keeping us updated regarding the part that needed to be ordered.
My dad is hearing impaired and I don't live with him, but Michelle who arranges the job bookings for each day callee me daily and my dad too which was kind. The Plumber Ash, explained everything to my dad on the initial visit giving a diagnosis of the issue with his shower.
Even my dad who doesn't hear too well understood the process and that's thanks to both Michelle and Ash, sho patiently explained everything to my dad to say how many days it would take realistically to get the specialist part in stock. Many thanks.

we had my new combi boiler installed by Joe maynard a plumbforce engineer this morning he and his colleague arrived ahead of time Joe is very friendly and they are very professional all work are done very neatly left the house nice and clean everything is in order. The boiler is like it should now I won’t be worrying this coming winter job well done highly recommended.im very happy with the installation.
