Quick to ensure you've snaffled money, but slow when it comes to customer support - more concerned about ratings. This is not acceptable.

Successful Avtivation of SGear3
Because you were still processing my order there must have been quite a list of other orders to get done before mine. Shut down for the night then today the download page opened. Installed SGear3 then pasted in my activation code you emailed me, when prompted, and
completed the registration to unlock the software.

And the obnoxious amount of marketing emails after just one order is insane.
