Ordered an expensive camera on February 16th
Received what looks like authentic tracking information from podtrek courier.
Still waiting for delivery
Having now read other reviews I am not on my own this is a scam.
Contacted Barclays who have put the sale in dispute and have now got a refund.
Hopefully if enough people do this they will be blocked from trading

Pluff or Pluuf- really does not matter.
I ordered a V15 from the website on 5/2/25. Whilst I had queries, the customer services under the name Paige Evans was very prompt with her replies and was very helpful and a link to their portal. I was provided a tracking number from PODTREK (another scammer). I was receiving daily update of my order travelling from Europe to Scotland, then from each town in Scotland to London. Since 25/2/25, I have been emailing Pluuf but have not received a reply. Then I get a notification stating the attempted delivering to my house. I was home the whole day but the door bell did not ring neither was there a card. I tried emailing the PODtrek, no response and their contact number in ROtterdam does not work either. There is another notification stating they attempted again today and I have been home and nobody showed up. These entities do not even deserve 1 star
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Pluuf.com site looked extensive with decent prices. I bought a fairly expensive camera and all appeared fine, they even gave a spoof tracking co to check delivery progress. Waited over 4 weeks and nothing arrived despite their tracking ‘appearing’ to show 22 days of progress - then that site stopped working. No reply to emails. Total scam. Money lost. Do not buy from them - you will lose your money.
