They couldn’t deliver the dishwasher on time, so I had to cancel the order. Now, they’re trying to charge me $1000 in fees, even though the product cost $1500. Daniel from customer service was especially unhelpful and impatient.

Purchased a refrigerator on May 6, delivery was estimated for May 27. Not ideal, but whatever. May 27 comes and I never receive any confirmation of delivery. Call Plesser's, I'm informed the refrigerator was damaged in transit. Plesser's says they will send a new one from their "local" carrier and the new delivery date is between June 6-13.
Now this is REALLY not ideal and completely egregious that I received ZERO communication about any of this until I called Pleaser's. Meanwhile, I was expecting the refrigerator to arrive on May 27, had sold my old refrigerator to make room for the new one and scheduled workers to install the new one on May 27.
For a whole week, I had no way to refrigerate food and ended up having to order every meal for my family which ended up being quite costly at $150+ day. Currently borrowing a small fridge from a neighbor while I wait for the new appliance to be installed. Tried communicating this financial duress and inconvenience to Plesser's and now they're completely ignoring me.

Marvel Wine Refridgerator was delivered with damage handle. Delivery staff should have easily noticed this and did not say anything. I had several appliances delivered so I did not notice this particular refridgerator was delivered with a damaged bent handle. They should have said something immediately when bringing it into the house

I was recently in the market for a new dryer and had a wonderful experience at Plessers thanks to Gerard Agostinello. From start to finish, he was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient. We never felt pressured at any point during the process. Gerard took the time to answer all our questions and helped us select the perfect dryer for our needs.
What really stood out was how smooth and simple the entire experience was. After placing our order, we ended up changing our minds about the color once we got home. Gerard had no issue updating the order for us—it was handled quickly and without any hassle. Delivery was also fast and efficient.

After ordering 3 kitchen appliances I realized that the handles on the appliances were all different. The order was delivered by two friendly guys who unwrapped everything outside, took the empty boxes and were very attentive to whatever my wife and I needed. This was my first time using Plessers and they are my new appliance place. Very nice experience after using P.C. Richard’s or Best Buy for 30 years.
